READY: START Team Snow White roster: Davey Jacobs, Eleanor Lamb, Fang, Kasen Kanesada, Malik Ishtar, Mari Ohara, Riku, Ritsu Kageyama, Ryoji Mochizuki, Toushiro Hitsugaya, Yuri Plisetsky. The city's been under siege for what feels like hours. It's only on August 3rd that you learn it's been a matter of days. Monsters begin pulling Retrospec users through portals left and right, large gaping holes in reality that spit you out in any given location around the city. However, just as you think you're finally getting away, a large blue portal opens and you're snatched up. No amount of fighting and struggling will free you and soon the pressure is too great to ignore. Darkness fills your vision and the last thing you may remember is the sound of many bat wings... This is the Team Snow White Event Log. You are free to toplevel and thread as you choose on this log, but only team members may utilize this log. Important links to mod toplevels are: Mod Questions & Participation Reporting. Please be aware you are responsible for reporting your own participation & objective completion efforts with links; the moderators will try to keep up with threads, but as we are currently running several teams with participation, we require you to keep us up to date! Please read each of the toplevels and instructions!

[Freya quickly undoes the bloodied, ruined flannel and sweeps her hair forward to make it easier for Ryoji. There is a rather nasty bite near her left shoulder blade, the upper puncture marks turning into something of a tear. There's a narrow laceration between the two sets of teeth marks, probably where the tip of Malik's aforementioned knife struck.]
I won't give you a hard time, don't you worry. As long as I'm not takin' my shirt off around the younger kids. [There's a note of dry humor in that last bit. Of course Freya's concerned about infection, or not making the wound worse as they fight for their lives, but that's a given.]
Needle's in the kit. Should still be an alcohol wipe in there.

[ Ryoji makes a face from behind Freya's back, because Malik, why?? If you want to get something off someone, please slash instead of stab; puncture wounds are much more dangerous than superficial cuts, and there isn't much anyone can do if the wound's already been infected and bacteria carried off in her bloodstream.
He takes the needle and the alcohol wipe, threads the stitching through first before cleaning the needle. And is glad for the fact that Freya is facing away from him, because he gives her no warning before he lays the other side of the alcohol wipe to her skin, using the needle to press the wipe as much inside the wound as he can to clean it out. ]

[Freya, unsurprisingly, flinches at the sharp sting of alcohol, and lets out a controlled, pained breath when he actually cleans the wound. She knows why, and she knows it's necessary, but goddamn that hurts. And that's from someone who's been through demon book hell.]
It's been what, a few hours since we walked in here? It's pretty bad when even the firefighter's considerin' torching the place.

[ Those have been Ryoji's experiences with the mansion so far, sans detail. He lets the alcohol air dry before going ahead with the stitching, wishing he had gloves and an actual sterile surgical room. Maybe pain meds, because the worst part of this for Ryoji is the fact that he has to cause Freya else pain in order to help her. He's not a doctor. This isn't why he chose to work at the clinic. ]

[It's much easier to remain relaxed for the actual stitches. She's been through this more than a few times, even discounting the other stitches on her arm. The alcohol's the worst of it, really.]
A nice, lively birthday party with some light reading about executing will and imposing new ones.

[ That makes Ryoji pause in his work, and he has to force himself to keep going or otherwise he'll be sitting there gaping at the back of Freya's head every time she tells him something new.
Here he was thinking storybooks, or something more age-appropriate for children, which he's assuming used to live in the mansion. ]
Is that "will" as in "willpower," or "will" as in "last will and testament"?

[ Ryoji regrets coming here in the first place. He regrets that there are people here who are younger than him, who feel the effects of cold and fatigue more keenly than him, who've gotten hurt, like Freya, and all of it could be for naught. ]

Nice is easy when other people are nice. The children were... I got to play with them. They aren't malicious like many of the things here. They weren't angry, or vengeful, or anything. ...I wonder why they had to die.

[ They played some mashup of pin the tail on the donkey, and tag. Both of which could have been a lot creepier, but it ended up being like a breath of fresh air he didn't think zombies could make him feel. ]
I also went to the ballroom with Ritsu, and got to dance with one of the girls. They were ghosts as well, but they too were just having fun. It really was just a birthday party, for them.
