READY: START Team Snow White roster: Davey Jacobs, Eleanor Lamb, Fang, Kasen Kanesada, Malik Ishtar, Mari Ohara, Riku, Ritsu Kageyama, Ryoji Mochizuki, Toushiro Hitsugaya, Yuri Plisetsky. The city's been under siege for what feels like hours. It's only on August 3rd that you learn it's been a matter of days. Monsters begin pulling Retrospec users through portals left and right, large gaping holes in reality that spit you out in any given location around the city. However, just as you think you're finally getting away, a large blue portal opens and you're snatched up. No amount of fighting and struggling will free you and soon the pressure is too great to ignore. Darkness fills your vision and the last thing you may remember is the sound of many bat wings... This is the Team Snow White Event Log. You are free to toplevel and thread as you choose on this log, but only team members may utilize this log. Please be aware you are responsible for reporting your own participation & objective completion efforts with links; the moderators will try to keep up with threads, but as we are currently running several teams with participation, we require you to keep us up to date! [How is that remotely better, Ryoji, one is brainwashing and the other's just family feuding.]

Pretty sure it is a trap. It was expecting us, after all. Guided boats, nice little invitation tacked to the door... Bet our host'd be upset if we didn't show up.

[appraiser]

If the host really wanted us to show up, perhaps they could have provided us a map and answered the doorbell.

[ Ryoji regrets coming here in the first place. He regrets that there are people here who are younger than him, who feel the effects of cold and fatigue more keenly than him, who've gotten hurt, like Freya, and all of it could be for naught. ]

[Freya shakes her head, slowly as to not disturb her friend's work.]

It's a damn wonder you can be so nice all the time. You and Minako both. [Then more quietly, muttered under her breath,] Considerin' the birthdays of zombie kids.

[appraiser]

[ Ryoji laughs, though it's weak enough that his shoulders shake but not his hands. ]

Nice is easy when other people are nice. The children were... I got to play with them. They aren't malicious like many of the things here. They weren't angry, or vengeful, or anything. ...I wonder why they had to die.

[Count on Ryoji to turn a creeptastic, horrifying building full of demon books and flying knives into something incredibly depressing. He played with dead kids? Jesus Christ.]

You think they've got something to do with all this?

[appraiser]

I have no idea...

[ They played some mashup of pin the tail on the donkey, and tag. Both of which could have been a lot creepier, but it ended up being like a breath of fresh air he didn't think zombies could make him feel. ]

I also went to the ballroom with Ritsu, and got to dance with one of the girls. They were ghosts as well, but they too were just having fun. It really was just a birthday party, for them.

[Ryoji, you continue to baffle her.] Glad someone had a good time. Can't explain the library and the bathroom with anyone fun. Not sure how I'm going to feel about books from here on out.
