[ That's really the question of the hour, isn't it? Or is it just Jim? Yosuke isn't sure, but he does want someone to blame. That would make him feel a lot better. ]

I know it's gonna sound stupid, but you're my friend and you've been there for me a lot, so...yeah, I guess I wanna try to make you not look like some half-assed kindergartner drawing of a dystopian future.

[Eleanor smiled and shook her head.]

No, I understand. Just...I'm saying you don't need to worry about that. Unless it's a schematic I can't draw at all so whatever you come up with is going to be better than whatever I could ever manage.

[ He's...making a bigger deal of this than he needs to be, huh? Yosuke rubs the back of his neck. ]

Heh...okay, well. This will be the last one, okay? Whatever it is--however shitty it is--is what we'll go with. Is that cool with you?

[Eleanor grinned and leaned back again so he could work.]

[ He takes a moment--a long moment as he tries to sketch out something that doesn't just look, well...horrible. And he's not super lucky. But it looks like a girl, at least. Maybe not Eleanor, but a person. Not a monster.

Yosuke looks a little disappointed, sighing as he turns the painting around. ]

Well...it's not the worst.

[She takes it as he turns it around, looking it over.]

Well it's certainly better than anything I could do, at least. [Handing it back.]

And I'm sure it counts for the card.

I'm never gonna be an artist, but I kinda figured that.

At least that's one down. I really hope this bingo is even worth it.

I've done...some of them. The less awkward ones, really. And I have a plan for the middle one but...

[Eleanor fishes out her phone, bringing up the card to look at it.]

[ He frowns, his nose scrunching his nose a bit. ]

How can they really expect us to do that? There's some pretty personal stuff...

[Eleanor scanned her card.]

Yeah, I do have that.

[Eleanor stared at the block for a bit, then looked up at him again.]

[Eleanor hesitated.]

I've seen a lot of things, Yosuke.

...You shouldn't have to tell anyone if you don't want to. But if you do, I promise I'll keep it a secret.

Well...to be honest, most of my memories are kind of...boring.

[ He gives her a sympathetic smile. ]

[Eleanor shrugged and smiled faintly.]

Uh, well...I saw Souji and me at this train station somewhere in Japan? I was telling him about moving away from people I knew in the city and how no one ever talked to me after I left but I kept their contact info anyway. Just in case.

[ He cringes a little. ]

That's...basically it. It's kinda lame.

When we moved back here from England I put everyone's phone numbers in my American even though I couldn't call them. I think that's...rather normal, really.

[She fell quiet, thinking over what she could share. Something not awful, and something she hadn't already told someone. Which was complicated because she told Yukiko practically everyth...oh.]

[Well, she could paraphrase that one a bit, maybe.]

I...the other me...has an Aunt named Grace? Just like my dog. I don't know what she looks like or anything. But I was...somewhere. I think it was an orphanage. I haven't any idea.

But I'm sure she was coming to look for me...

Yeah? I guess it's not too bad.

[ Even if it makes him sound a little lonely, but she gets it. That's one of the reasons he latched onto her fairly quickly once he started school. His English wasn't the best, but she understood what it was like moving to a place where you didn't know anyone.

But he waits as she thinks, then speaks. Though what she says is definitely heavier than what he had to offer... ]
