READY: START Team Tarzan roster: Anastasia, Ikuo Ryuuzaki, Jack Kelly, Kasen Ibaraki, Keigo Asano, Kurogane, Kurt Wagner, Silver, Yamatonokami Yasusada, Yaeger, Yosuke Hanamura, Yugi Mutou. The city's been under siege for what feels like hours. It's only on August 3rd that you learn it's been a matter of days. Monsters begin pulling Retrospec users through portals left and right, large gaping holes in reality that spit you out in any given location around the city. However, just as you think you're finally getting away, a large blue portal opens and you're snatched up. No amount of fighting and struggling will free you and soon the pressure is too great to ignore. Darkness fills your vision and the last thing you may remember is the sound of the monkeys howling... This is the Team Tarzan Event Log. You are free to toplevel and thread as you choose on this log, but only team members may utilize this log. Please be aware you are responsible for reporting your own participation & objective completion efforts with links; the moderators will try to keep up with threads, but as we are currently running several teams with participation, we require you to keep us up to date! [His words are so certain - they warm her heart. She giggles faintly and gives a small "Cпасибо" in return, though it's muted because she'd rather hear about his dreams. The way that he believes in her so whole-heartedly.... it brings back echoes of something else. There was someone else who believed in her ability to shine no matter what, who promised to love her even if she did make mistakes.

Ah.... your sensei? Teacher? Do you want to be a teacher too?

[Yasusada's the type of person to surround himself with the past, so he blinks, briefly surprised. Most of his circle already know, or don't care--it's strange to realize he still has friends that aren't aware.

But his surprise quickly gives way to another smile, and he nods again.]

Yes! Ever since I was a kid. I got into a lot of fights until my mom sent me to the dojo. [His expression turns a little sheepish, but not ashamed.] Well, I guess I shouldn't say "until"... but I got better about it after I met my teacher.

I wish you could've met him! He's not there anymore but I'm sure you would have liked him.

[Anya giggles faintly at that - ]

[Chuuya of the "I'll fight everyone in my own bar" variety. She still doesn't seem to mind though. Why would she ever be opposed to thugs or anything?]

If Yasusada likes him so much, then I am sure I would like him too.

[IT'S TRUE... the main difference is that Yasusada goes around openly talking about his violent tendencies, where as Chuuya isn't quite as much of a shady moron.

He'll never pass up the chance to talk about his beloved instructor, though, totally open in his admiration.]

He was so strong and very strict in class! He could always tell if anybody hadn't been practicing. [He's grinning now, in fond memory.] I usually didn't get in trouble, but sometimes Kiyomitsu would slack off and sensei would make him do drills by himself while we all got to spar--
