READY: START Team Tarzan roster: Anastasia, Ikuo Ryuuzaki, Jack Kelly, Kasen Ibaraki, Keigo Asano, Kurogane, Kurt Wagner, Silver, Yamatonokami Yasusada, Yaeger, Yosuke Hanamura, Yugi Mutou. The city's been under siege for what feels like hours. It's only on August 3rd that you learn it's been a matter of days. Monsters begin pulling Retrospec users through portals left and right, large gaping holes in reality that spit you out in any given location around the city. However, just as you think you're finally getting away, a large blue portal opens and you're snatched up. No amount of fighting and struggling will free you and soon the pressure is too great to ignore. Darkness fills your vision and the last thing you may remember is the sound of the monkeys howling... This is the Team Tarzan Event Log. You are free to toplevel and thread as you choose on this log, but only team members may utilize this log. Important links to mod toplevels are: Mod Questions & Participation Reporting. Please be aware you are responsible for reporting your own participation & objective completion efforts with links; the moderators will try to keep up with threads, but as we are currently running several teams with participation, we require you to keep us up to date! Alright. Um, excuse me, sorry about this-- [It's definitely not the time to be polite, but Yasusada doesn't really want to risk startling or angering a dragon. And hey, maybe she's also a spirit-y type and can understand him?? It's hard to tell...
But either way, he'll push through the mounting pile of gold as best he can, struggling to reach out and grasp onto her.] Do you think you could help us get out of here before we die?

Silver, in the meantime, does his best to carefully scoot his way over by standing on the sturdier goblets and crowns, although progress is slow and hard-earned at best. Some of the treasures that Kingdra's blowing around hit him in the back and shoulders.]
See? That wasn't so hard, was it? Come on, get him out of here.
[...It looks like Silver and his dragon still need to work on the interpersonal front, but at least no one's dying here, at least not yet.]

For now, he simply does his best to hold on, pushing or kicking more treasures out of the way whenever he can. He definitely gets clonked a few times--and yeah, those will bruise, but it'll be gone in a matter of minutes so he isn't too worried. He's more concerned about Silver, but he doesn't have a free hand to extend, so instead he makes sure his grip is tight, keeping the sword firmly in its sheath as he holds it out towards Silver.]

Silver grabs hold of the sheath immediately- some jewelry clangs against the side of it as it's still around his arm- and holds on as tightly as he can, which is fortunately a rather firm grip as he would very much like to not, you know. Die. Not when he's nabbed himself a fortune.
Kingdra keeps plowing right along; she fortunately doesn't give Silver quite that much of a cold shoulder, blowing away some of the treasure surrounding him as well. He'd have an easier time if he forgot about the crown and pulled himself forward, but he holds his hoodie down firmly and walks the greedy walk towards the two of them instead.]
