(open) rough seas will be calm
WHO: Jaeger (eventually) and you!
WHERE: Dreamscapes.
WHEN: 8/25.
WHAT: Dreamdives!
WARNINGS: Suicidal implications, threads are warned accordingly.
[You find yourself on a grassy plain. It's nighttime, and while this whole thing is probably incredibly surreal, the scenery is at least peaceful. You can see a dark building ahead of you.
If you look behind you, you'll notice that there's a large, thick forest. Listening for a moment will tell you that there's plenty of wildlife there, and it doesn't sound happy to see you. It's probably not a good idea to head that direction. But hey, if you really want to, there's nothing stopping you.
If you choose to approach the building, you'll hear the distant sound of waves crashing, but otherwise all is silent. It would almost be serene, if not for the ominous look of the building. It appears to be a very large manor. There are plenty of lights on inside despite the late hour, which gives you a little more light to see the building itself. For some reason there are massive chains decorating the left side of the building that don't actually seem to be there for any specific purpose, and above that are flags for... some reason. The whole thing is kind of an experience, and the gloomy atmosphere and isolated nature of the house probably aren't doing much to make you feel at ease.
Since the manor is most likely where you're headed, you might want to get a bit closer to the front door to check it out. Be careful, though - you won't be able to get too close without two guards spotting you. They're dressed in yellow uniforms complete with masks that hide the upper halves of their faces. They don't exactly look friendly; one of them has a crossbow in hand and the other has some kind of large daggers that look like they're attached to the back of his hands.
You'll find that there's a solid wall around the perimeter of the manor; you can hide here for a moment if you'd like. Climbing over the wall seems to be out of the question given the height of it and the spikes on top.
How do you want to proceed?]

Wesker has seen those uniforms before, thanks to a conversation he's had with Jaeger; it's fortunate, really. Keeps him from questioning whatever all of this is too much. That said, he doesn't seem too bothered by being spotted; if nothing else, he's at least somewhat good at acting like he's supposed to be here, so. Approaching it is, he supposes.]
Gentlemen.
[The greeting is easy; he doubts this is going to go well, but it's worth a shot.]
no subject
Who are you? We aren't expecting any visitors.
[Neither of them are moving to attack, but they definitely don't like the looks of this.]
no subject
That doesn't surprise me; this doesn't seem the sort of place that gets visitors, expected or otherwise.

I've got no idea. We usually don't get any visitors. We're a good ways out from Dahngrest.
We're not letting you or anyone else in.
no subject
What sort of people have been here tonight? Through curiosity.
no subject
[He sounds irritated, like "this wouldn't have happened if I was here" irritated.]
no subject
[Seeing as you weren't here and all, apparently.]

Well, unfortunately, I don't have much time to play with you; I'm willing to let things lie with you if you'll permit me entry, but if not, I'm afraid I'm going to have to use force with you.
It's your decision in the end, but I can assure you that it won't be terribly pleasant if you make me go through you.

[Guard #2 looks like he would rather Not, but he raises his crossbow anyway as Guard #1 rushes Wesker, knives at the ready. They're both quick, but you've got your powers here so uh. This is going to be a very one-sided fight.]
no subject
You know what, he's going to focus more on dropping Captain Knives here; he's keeping it strictly non-lethal, it's more just to demonstrate the fact that he has both the speed and the strength to handle himself against whatever these guys think they're doing. No move toward the guy with the crossbow, however, because that one seems like he'd rather live, all things considered. Or at least, he seems like he might be more uncomfortable with all of this, and that might be useful.
Knives is going on the ground, though. Not knocked out necessarily, but boy your ribs aren't going to like you at all.]
Are we going to continue this, or are you going to listen this time...?
no subject
...Yeah, go ahead on in. There are some other guards, so uh... maybe don't kill them?
[oh my god he tried.]
no subject
[At least, not unless they warrant it, he supposes.
All right. So. Inside we go, thanks to Crossbow Guy. What...precisely is he looking at here?]
no subject
There's a small alcove on your right with some stuff and there's a hallway on your left that seems to lead further back into the manor.
You're probably more focused on the weird blank space directly in front of you, though. It looks like something should be here - and if you look up, you'll notice that there's a second floor with a railing to prevent people from falling off that's missing a section. There are probably supposed to be stairs here? But there aren't any, so uh. That's. Fine, probably.]
no subject
...Also, because Wesker is unfair he could actually technically cheat the stairs? But no, no, he'll be good for now, if he can't find another way up he'll jump but for now...hm.
All right, let's go check the stuff off to the right, first and foremost.]
no subject
The stuff on the right appears to be... boxes? Well, mostly boxes. It looks like someone just didn't finish unpacking everything... There's also a pot over here with swords in it. As you do???
...Yeah, not much over here is all that interesting.]
