WHO: Jirou and YOU
WHERE: The floor that Jirou lives on
WHEN: Forward-dated to October 31st and going until sunrise of November 1st
WHAT: It's a Halloween Party!

Upon arriving in the very nice apartment building, one will find a couple of what looks like secret service agents at one of the elevators. Tell them you're going to Jirou's party and they'll tell you what floor. Step inside the elevator and you'll find it decorated with bats and spooky lights. Just the sort of thing that is perfect for the event you're about to step into because Jirou has gone all out.
He's bought out the entire floor that he lives on and when you get off the elevator the entire hallway is decorated in spooky decor. If you step out of this elevator without a costume then you will be immediately shuffled off to one apartment by a pair of more secret service agent types (Jirou's dressed all the bodyguards this way) and told that you will be waiting here until you can be put into a costume. For those with a costume well it's time to enjoy the festivities!
Every apartment is clearly labeled for what it is. Food and drink. Spooky stories. Scary movies. Party games. Haunted house. It looks like Jirou has everything covered!
In party games, one can participate in all the usual activities. Bobbing for apples, a fun cake walk... Name a fun carnival activity and Jirou has something for it! So have fun and win prizes of fancy pastries and candies! There are plenty to go around so you can possibly win more than once if you really want to put the effort into it!
In the haunted house apartment, you will start in a well lit entryway where you will then be given a ghostly guide (someone dressed up in a ghost attire) and then taken through the apartment to the various scares. A kitchen where it seems that people are on the menu, a living room that seems to have two terrifying children staring at a static screen, bathrooms with what seems like bloody baths, coffins in the bedrooms. There are plenty of jump scares and if you feel that you can make it through this all the way you'll be rewarded with a fancy dessert dining experience. So do try to be brave.
In scary movies there are three movies going on at any given time. In the main area you can get popcorn and drinks then pick from gore, psychological, and random. There is always some movie going on so take your pick for which you'd like to partake in! Ritsu has done a great job in helping Jirou pick out the movies.
In spooky stories you can go to hear lots of terrifying ghost stories! The apartment is emptied out so you'll easily be able to grab some pillows from the helpful ghost at the door then go make yourself comfortable for a night of spooks. Or, if you feel really bold, try to scare friends and stranger with scary stories of your own!
Finally there is the apartment for food and drink. It comes with a full service bar that can provide you with anything but comes with a variety of Halloween themed drinks. Don't worry those of you not allowed alcohol because you have some fun drinks as well. Plus there are delicious snacks to pick from so everyone can be happy as they eat and socialize in this room.
So enjoy yourselves and have a great time because this party is going on all night. It won't be over until the sun starts to rise the next day!

Jirou...your beautiful host | OTA
[Jirou can be found rather easily by looking for the stunning Egyptian goddess with flawless makeup. He usually has a drink in one hand and his white Pomeranian in the other. The dog is actually dressed up as well! Anyway, he's being a cheerful host as he goes about the party chatting up guests and making sure everyone has a good time. If you have any questions or just want to chat or even just want to tell him he looks great then he's here to talk!

[Forgot to dress up? Tried to get away with not dressing up? Well you're officially kidnapped to be dressed up! Jirou and Fai aren't about to let you get away with breaking the rules of the party. The trouble is that by not following the rules you no longer have a choice in what you get to wear. For now it's just Jirou walking in but Fai is likely to come in later. [Every once in a while, Kenta will pop his head into the place where Jirou and Fai are putting costumes on the brave people who showed up without one, just to check that everything is alright and his bodyguards aren't manhandling people too much.]

[During times when Fai is busy with costume stuff (since he's the one who dragged Iwai here) the man can be found watching some of the movies that are available. He doesn't seem that bothered by the scary parts honestly and is mostly just enjoying a room that is mostly dark and less social. Unlike his boyfriend, he's really not the most social person in the world.

[For when he's not in a dark room waiting for Fai to tell him he's done with costume stuff, the man can be found dressed as a pirate (minus the eye patch) since he's here to match Fai. He is most gravitating towards the sweeter drinks but he doesn't look like he's miserable at this party so that's something. He even looks rather good in the outfit and the gecko tattoo on his neck just goes with it. As does the bit of wing on his left arm that one can see since his sleeves are rolled up a bit.

[ Fynn had asked him out but didn't actually say that it was going to be a costume party. Luckily for them, Tarr tend to dress like every day was Halloween and he managed to talk Fynn into wearing one of his more outlandish sets of clothing. Which meant that they didn't need to get wrestled into something by their host, but it did mean that Tarr had to explain what he was.
Which wouldn't be too hard except he kept on changing his mind. At first the shredded sweater over mesh shirt and tight as sin white pants was him being 'a ghostly vampire on a rave'. Now, he was waffling between 'a dark mage' and 'a space vampire'. But whatever he was trying to be, he was currently sampling the food. ]
Too much sauce. [ No, he can't really forget work when he is eating. Not that he seems bothered by the deficiencies in the food. He even is offering some to whoever was near by. ] Try it.
Haunted House
[ Look. Tarr was an emo goth person by heart. A lot of the stuff he was guided through had him making slight faces at or taking out a small notepad and pen to write down horrible lyrics or bits of a story. But pushing him past the kids was impossible. In fact, he abandons the tour just so he can sit by the kids and talk to them. Which you know makes them less terrifying, until it reaches that point when he joins in with their game of being creepy at the passing people.

[Although technically the entirety of Retrospec was invited to this party, Faolan is only here because of Laurent. He's never been one for parties, and it's pretty obvious to see just by looking at him. Not in the least because the costume that Laurent had chosen for him to come dressed in. Which is to say that he has come as Nostradamus to Laurent's King Francis II of France. Faolan had had reservations about this gathering, especially after the dreams that the pair of them had had, both individually and that one time they'd shared it. It doesn't seem like it's exactly the time to be attending something so open, where a costume is required. It seems a terribly convenient affair to brew trouble and when Faolan had attempted to share these reservations, well. Needless to say, Laurent had dressed him as the doomsayer he was.
So here he is. Trying to make the most of a party he feels rather out of place attending. At least he's got the costume, heaven knows what their hosts might have dressed him in. He's sticking rather close to his charge tonight, but not too close that he cannot be caught alone. Just close enough that he should be able to interfere, if things came to that. When his nightmares are full of people stealing the young man away, it's hard not to find himself in such a state.
He's been telling Laurent not to trust the food or drinks served, just in case, but what Faolan himself wouldn't do with a little alcohol to calm his nerves just now, he thinks wistfully as he stirs the drink in his hand. But it's just for show. He's on the job, and he needs to keep his guard up, just in case. One eye on Laurent, and the other on the room, Faolan moodily hangs back at the edge of the food and drink room and seriously contemplates his life choices just at that moment.]

Laurent | OTA
[ Laurent is dressed as some form of old fashioned nobility, perhaps, or royalty. If asked, he would tell you he was King Francis II.
Certainly the looks suits him
because that's who his PB is, and Laurent easily carries himself with the youthful sense of someone assured of their own importance.It isn't a particularly sexy or scary costume, but after a everything that happened so far in October Laurent could do with less scares. Less sexy too, truth be told. He has a safe costume sword in a scabbard just for fun, but Laurent hangs back to examine the crowd a little before getting comfortable. He looks like he's seriously considering being a wallflower.
He also may well accidentally hit someone with this sword, since he keeps fidgeting with the scabbard and it is quite crowded in here. Sorry if he hits you!]

Laurent, unfortunately, is still only 20. In France, of course, they would happily serve him. Unfortunately, here, he isn't old enough to drink.
This is terrible. Laurent is a man in desperate need of a drink to cope with some of the things he has seen here. Looking at the choice the barkeeper is offering him Laurent sighs the sigh of a man who is defeated but unhappy about it, and pushes off the bar -- bumping into someone close behind him.]

[ A few hours into the night Laurent has, after circling a few times and giving polite smiles, retreated to a corner with a drink that smells of cinnamon but still isn't alcoholic.
It's a little hard to tell without studying him, but he might be a little tense. It's noisy here, and crowded, and everything Faolan warned him about is running through his head. He's also mostly eating sweet snacks and drunk sugary drinks, so he's crashing from lack of real food content in his life. The shadows are full of potential danger, his drink could be spiked any minute, and Laurent should probably go home.
His eyes flit up sharply at the sense of someone watching him and he tries to force his shoulders to drop, himself to relax. ]
