WHAT: It's a Halloween Party!

Upon arriving in the very nice apartment building, one will find a couple of what looks like secret service agents at one of the elevators. Tell them you're going to Jirou's party and they'll tell you what floor. Step inside the elevator and you'll find it decorated with bats and spooky lights. Just the sort of thing that is perfect for the event you're about to step into because Jirou has gone all out.

He's bought out the entire floor that he lives on and when you get off the elevator the entire hallway is decorated in spooky decor. If you step out of this elevator without a costume then you will be immediately shuffled off to one apartment by a pair of more secret service agent types (Jirou's dressed all the bodyguards this way) and told that you will be waiting here until you can be put into a costume. For those with a costume well it's time to enjoy the festivities!

Every apartment is clearly labeled for what it is. Food and drink. Spooky stories. Scary movies. Party games. Haunted house. It looks like Jirou has everything covered!

In party games, one can participate in all the usual activities. Bobbing for apples, a fun cake walk... Name a fun carnival activity and Jirou has something for it! So have fun and win prizes of fancy pastries and candies! There are plenty to go around so you can possibly win more than once if you really want to put the effort into it!

In the haunted house apartment, you will start in a well lit entryway where you will then be given a ghostly guide (someone dressed up in a ghost attire) and then taken through the apartment to the various scares. A kitchen where it seems that people are on the menu, a living room that seems to have two terrifying children staring at a static screen, bathrooms with what seems like bloody baths, coffins in the bedrooms. There are plenty of jump scares and if you feel that you can make it through this all the way you'll be rewarded with a fancy dessert dining experience. So do try to be brave.

In scary movies there are three movies going on at any given time. In the main area you can get popcorn and drinks then pick from gore, psychological, and random. There is always some movie going on so take your pick for which you'd like to partake in! Ritsu has done a great job in helping Jirou pick out the movies.

In spooky stories you can go to hear lots of terrifying ghost stories! The apartment is emptied out so you'll easily be able to grab some pillows from the helpful ghost at the door then go make yourself comfortable for a night of spooks. Or, if you feel really bold, try to scare friends and stranger with scary stories of your own!

Finally there is the apartment for food and drink. It comes with a full service bar that can provide you with anything but comes with a variety of Halloween themed drinks. Don't worry those of you not allowed alcohol because you have some fun drinks as well. Plus there are delicious snacks to pick from so everyone can be happy as they eat and socialize in this room.

So enjoy yourselves and have a great time because this party is going on all night. It won't be over until the sun starts to rise the next day!


[ooc: Hey guys! So feel free to comment around and let anyone know that they are welcome to come. You don't have to be a friend of or know Jirou to attend. There are only two main rules here. 1. You have to wear a costume. If you don't then you will be put into a costume by Jirou and Fai and they have full creative rights to it. So while you will look AMAZING you also may not end up in the costume you want. 2. No people who are underage will be allowed alcohol. So please if you have an underage character do not have anything like someone slipped them a drink or drunken mishaps or anything.

[Kenta is the opposite of a party animal. He's not very social and he feels awkward when there are too many people around, especially people he doesn't know.

But Jirou wanted a big party, and what Jirou wants, Jirou gets. So Kenta is there in a costume and make-up chosen by Jirou as well. Although you are more likely to find him in two specific places and he's not going to bother with most of the spooky scary stuff.]

I. Costume Room
[Every once in a while, Kenta will pop his head into the place where Jirou and Fai are putting costumes on the brave people who showed up without one, just to check that everything is alright and his bodyguards aren't manhandling people too much.]

II. Food and Drinks

[For Kenta, most of the evening will be spent around the buffet, getting some food and drinks for himself or Jirou or checking that nothing is missing. Sometimes when Jirou is busy he'll be the one holding Kenti, the little white Pomeranian in his doggy costume.]


III. Jirou and Kenta's apartment [Closed to close CR]

[When things get to be a little overwhelming, Kenta will go back to the place he now shares with Jirou, and which is mostly off-limits to anyone but a few trusted people.

Lost of the time, he'll just be resting on the sofa in the living-room, simply sitting with his eyes closed, or of he's really tired, having a small nap there.]

[After they're done with one of their kidnappings and Jirou's sent Fai off to be with the boy, Jirou finishes organizing his things. Hearing Kenta, he turns and smiles at him. His boyfriend is so handsome in this outfit. Coming over, he gives him a quick kiss then picks up Kenti so he can bring his beautiful family back out to the party.]

Are you finding ways to have fun? Oh and don't worry. The boys are being very well behaved with the guests.

Good. I wouldn't want them to be... over-enthusiastic.

[It helps that now Jirou can speak to them in Japanese so at least they won't be too embarrassed if he has to tell them to tone it down a little.]

I've mostly been staying around the food. It's not fun to watch a movie without you and I'm not much for the games and things like that.

[He's pretty sure he'll make regular escapes to their places, but he knows Jirou wants to show him off a little and how well their costumes go together, so even if he's a bit overwhelmed with so many people around, he makes a decent effort.]

Awwww. Do you want to go see what movies are playing right now? I mean I've never been scared by scary movies but sometimes it's funny watching other people jump at the scares.

[Look. Jirou is a sweetheart but he can be mean too.]

Whatever you want to do is fine with me.

[Seriously, just plop him somewhere with Jirou on his lap and he'll be fine even with so many people around. Jirou is having the time of his life and if Jirou is happy, then he's happy too.

And just as he goes to kiss Jirou again, something.. strange happens. All of a sudden, there are small, shiny things floating around him. They almost look like... sakura petals, except they seem to be reflecting light in way that makes them scintillate.

Immediately, Kenta looks up, searching for the special effect prop that is obviously the source of this, but.... there's only the ceiling staring back at him.]

... what is that?

[sakeplz]

Waaaaaah! So pretty!

[He looks up at the pretty petals floating around them. Well, around Kenta it seems. Honestly it just seems to be him to because he's pressed so close to him.]

How did you make pretty flowers come out!

[toobigtohandle]

I... didn't?

[Because people don't do that, right? They don't make flower petals appear out of thin air like that. So it can't have been him, because he didn't do anything.

Except they're still here, although after a few seconds the shine disappear and the float to the ground.]

Where did that come from?

Awwwww. They left.

[He pouts but then he's over it.]

I think you did it. Like maybe you have flower powers!

.... I don't have 'flower powers'. What does that even mean?

[Isn't he supposed to be a really big sword that some guy left on a battlefield after he died and that was stuck in a shrine because no one could fight with it?

What do flowers even have to do with it? Also, why would Kenta randomly be sprouting Jirou's favorite flowers all of a sudden?]

[Iwai slips away in here after a bit because sometimes it's nice to just go here and play with the cats a bit. And okay maybe he's using the cats as an excuse to catch his breath a moment. Still, it's reasonable enough. Though, he's not expecting to see Kenta on the couch when he walks in.]

Escaping for a bit too, huh?

[Look. He understands having a social boyfriend when you're not.]

[Kenta hasn't really had the occasion of actually talk much to Iwai. Not since the guy followed him around town and then they took a walk in each other's nightmares for some reason.

Kenta's feelings towards him are mixed - mostly because the guy clearly has underworld connections, but also he's Fai's new boyfriend and clearly he's been doing things right because even though Kenta hasn't known Fai long, he can see how he relaxes with Iwai around. When Fai lost his eye, Iwai was around here a lot more, but Kenta was mostly in and out, busy with school and work - and going out to see that weird battle scene in the fog far more than is reasonable, so he mostly nodded 'hi' in passing and barely exchanged a few words.

Looks like they have more in common than just their Yakuza ties, though. Kenta gives a weak smile at the words.]

I'm not exactly good at being around so any people I don't know.

I run a shop and I can still say I agree with that.

[He rolls his neck and gives a shrug.]

Never realized you were the boyfriend of Jirou.

[A pause.]

I know I don't have to say but I'm gonna. Thanks for watching Fai's back.

I wasn't until two months ago.

[Although, well... they were apparently doing everything a couple does together, except for having sex. Still, they didn't put a name on it until then, so that's what Kenta will remember as their anniversary. Or their second anniversary, the first being the one of the day he met Jirou.

Iwai's next words are met with seriousness.]

You're right you don't have to say it. Just like I don't have to say that I will also have his back if you do anything to make him unhappy.

[Since they're saying the obvious stuff now...]

So will your boyfriend.

[He nods to the swords mounted on the wall. Honestly Iwai doesn't actually look unnerved. Too many years being threatened in the past.]

Gave me the same thing first day I came here.

I would expect nothing else from him.

[Both Jirou and Kenta are fiercely loyal to their friends, even if Jirou has a lot more than Kenta, and Fai has been upgraded to family status as far as Kenta is concerned. So yeah, standard threats apply, and all that.]

I wouldn't use the sword for that, though. It's a sacred sword. It spent years in a shrine being given offerings. I don't think it'd be a proper tool for a vendetta.

Yeah I know you wouldn't. I know how creative the Japanese get with vendettas.

[He comes over and plops down in a chair. He's been told he's allowed to come in here to chill if he needs it so here he is. Besides, he figures it's more polite to sit with Kenta than stand over him while they talk.

[Come chill, Iwai. Kenta can deal with one slightly familiar person in a one-on-one setting.]

... I guess you would know, yes.

[They haven't really talked, so they've managed to avoid talking about whatever they've seen in each other's nightmare before, but now...]

[He'd been about to get some snacks, but what's more important is catching this great moment on camera... Kenta and Kenti wearing matching costumes is just too good, and he's immediately reaching for his phone like a true Millennial.]

Oh my god, how cute! That matching costumes thing really was a good idea. Can I take a pic?

[Kenta blinks and looks at Kashuu's phone.]

Eh? Oh, right, right-- [Because Kenta's on the FBI's most wanted list or something GEEZ.] Sure, I won't upload it anywhere!

Still, he trusts Kashuu enough to take him at his words.]

[He can definitely admit to that, and you have to admit that with his physique, the costume really fits Kenta well.]

[Not that he doesn't have a million already, but Jirou will appreciate someone else telling him boyfriend and dog are hot/cute....

Wait, what are those things suddenly floating around Kenta? Are those shiny sakura petals?]

[And he'll gear up to send the picture over, but when he glances up again briefly, he manages to catch sight of one of those petals sinking down onto Kenta's shoulder.]

You've got something-- ...Oh.

[Just "oh". Because dang, he sure does recognize the telltale signs of sakura fubuki by now even if he doesn't know what it's called yet. Apparently it is a sword thing, which is just ten kinds of weird?!]

[Kenta suddenly notices it too and lets out an exasperated sigh.]

Oh for the love of... this is the fourth time tonight! Where is that coming from?!
