It seems like someone is manually picking and choosing from a list of every Retrospec user who didn't disappear into the void, and several names queue up. > initialize support team CONFIRMED. The screen clears itself, and instead of the familiar retrospec logo, there is simply TEAM ETHANOL as a designation. the application will refuse to show anything other than a map, with one point highlighted in red. it is, of course, up to team members to decide whether or not they approach the access point. Team Ethanol's access point is in the Recollé Graveyard. Team members will find the grave of "G. Mahoney" will move aside to reveal catacombs so long as they approach it in groups of two or more team members. Only Team Ethanol team members can see or enter the catacombs at this time. Please see the Objective 1 toplevel for more information on what they can see when they travel further down the tunnels. This is the Team Ethanol Event Log. You are free to toplevel and thread as you choose on this log, but only team members may utilize this log. Important links to mod toplevels are: Mod Questions & Participation Reporting. [ Kaguya'd been standing back during the altercation, holding the skull (apparently named Horatio?) for safekeeping. But once the exit opens, she'll have to agree with the trouble-makers. ]

...I agree. We should take advantage of a way out while we can. Anything that keeps us from being trapped down here permanently.

[ Plus presumably this skull will come in handy for something, though she has no idea what. ]

[Her smiles snaps off her face quickly and she pauses, scissors and shield raised, looking surprised. Actually, really surprised maybe; when was the last time she let her temper get the better of her? If Sena couldn't even really react to that, Nui thinks, he's not scared enough. She'll have to make good on the offers of further retribution everyone else is putting forward.]

Of course, of course! [She releases Sena, then bounds across the room to reclaim her little skull friend.]

I know just where he can go! [She points at the skull.] ...If we ever get back there.

[It'll be very exciting getting out into the hallway again, at which point she'll immediately start dragging them toward the console.]

[ right, out they go. He's a little surprised once he finds out that they've come out if room 13 — talk about unlucky — but he'll point it out later after he goes off to find yukiko for some healing.

nui seems to know what she's doing, though, so chuuya follows behind her, because he's been too busy fighting skeletons and being stuck underground to actually go look at the terminal very closely. time to fix that.

he's just going to be here in the background keeping an eye on things really, so go for it, team skull. o/ he will tap back in if necessary! like if the meta text decides something does need to go wrong after all.]

[ The main room of the catacombs is new to her, but Kaguya will also follow Nui dutifully over toward the console, skull in hand. Once she gets there, it's pretty clear what needs to happen: most of the indentations have been filled in, and one of the remaining ones is shaped like a skull, so...

Putting the skull into the terminal, assuming nobody makes any moves to stop her (for whatever reason). ]

[ as with the sphere and star, the orb flashes blinding white - and once it is done, it is part of the sarcophagus entirely, unable to be removed. more of the runes on the thing have now lit up, but there remains one empty position: the cube. presumably once that is also placed in the slot, something amazing will happen. ]
