northpaws if you'd like to do some bingo stuff (that we haven't already planned beforehand) or if you'd like any other threads! This is just a catch-all post for all the logs/threads I might have, without spamming the comm and to keep all of Souji's bingo threads in one post.

[ Souji holds his kite, taking a close look at the string. Well, that does make sense so he just nods. ]

How do you get it to take off? Just toss it when the wind blows or should you run?

[ Maybe Yukiko can show him through example instead. ]

Not quite.

[Yukiko nods towards his kite.]

Pick it up and put your back to the wind. So, face my car. Then hold the kite up by the bridle, where the lines meet and let the wind catch it. Slowly let the line out a bit once the wind has a good hold on it, and then it'll start flying.

[ Souji listens carefully, following her instructions and does exactly she tells him to do. It takes a bit before a good gust of wind takes the kite and he's able to have it fly. Now there's a beautiful cat up in the sky and he can't help but smile. ]

That's a lot easier than I thought. Thank you.

Oh sure. It's no trouble at all.

[Makes her want to get her kite out though, but it's...definitely a dragon and not a cat.]

Why the sudden interest?

[ She absolutely should take it out so they can just fly kites in the parking lot like responsible teenagers ]

I had to fill out a square on my bingo card. It said that I had to go kite flying with someone.

[ With one hand still holding onto the kite, he pulls out his phone with his other hand and opens it up to show her the bingo sheet. He's filled out most of these so a good chunk of them are marked with an x. ]

Did you get one of these as well?

[Maybe...but then, she's already looking at her bingo card and his, grinning a little bit. This is kind of exciting.]

I did! I've done a few, but not all of them. [Holding hers up...]

It's a lot of fun, I think. I like this game. Probably the best thing Retrospec has done.

I think so too. It's certainly a lot better than the time they shrunk us.

[ That was not fun at all... ]

Which ones do you still need to do?

[ do you still need help filling out some bingos because souji is HERE and he should probably pay her back by helping her fill out a few as well ]

[She needs quite a few, but one in particular stands out.]

I need to...um. Share a difficult memory? Most of the others require a lot of work, or things I don't have time for until my apartment is really set up.

I know I've told you about Chie, but do you remember Shadows at all yet?

[ Ahh, this is going to be a serious conversation, huh... Souji reels back in his kite so he can put his focus on Yukiko and the topic. ]

... Are those the monsters inside the TV?

[ He doesn't know what they're called but he can guess based on the tone and since they've discussed the TV World last time ]

[Semi-serious at least.]

Yes. and in Minako's tower. Though I don't know what exactly they are aside from monsters that look like Picasso's nightmares.

Have you seen the ones that look like people yet, though? That's what I'm asking.

[ Souji shakes his head. ]

No, not yet, but... [ He thinks back to one of his earlier memories. ] I don't know if it was a dream or if it's even related but I was in a space that felt like the TV world. I came across a foggy figure there who talked about seeking the truth.

[ He's referring to that one dream sequence with Izanami, though he doesn't know who he was speaking to or the significance of that dream just yet. ]

I don't know if that matches the type of Shadows you're talking about though.

Not quite. But it's certainly creepy.

[Still...]

Basically though, sometimes I see shadows of people. Often in this weird fighting arena. Like...this one I'm thinking of looked like that girl Chie. Only she had yellow eyes and a mean smile. And she kept saying all these horrible, horrible things to Chie.

It...made me really, really angry. Scary angry.

I haven't received anything like that...

[ Souji can see why that can be really unsettling and upsetting. ]

Have you talked to the others and see if they've gotten anything similar?

Some. But not...really what they were saying.

[A beat.]

Or about how angry I got. I beat her up. The Shadow, I mean. I got violent.

[ Now that's something he didn't expect. Yukiko getting violent? He knows that she can lose her temper or have her patience tested but to actually resort to being physical? It's a bit difficult to imagine (even though she told him that she totally set a giant bug on fire). ]

Did your hallucinomemories show you what happened after you fought it? I never saw what happened when I defeated the Shadows in mine.

She just sort of vanished. Like...a ghost or something. Turned into ectoplasm.

[That's about the best way she can describe it.]

I think that Arena is a part of the TV World. And I'm sure that those copies aren't real, but it was still...frightening.

[ He nods. ]

That definitely is an unpleasant hallucinomemory. I'm sorry you had to experience that, Yukiko.

[Simple as all that.]

Anyway. You...want to play with kites more? I have the afternoon free.

[ Yukiko is so zen... ]

Sure. I'd like to see what your kite is like.

[And off she will go to get her own kite out. A big red dragon. It's a good time probably.
