READY: START Team Yzma roster: Carmen Sandiego, Dave Strider, Elizabeth, Emil Vasterstrom, Juzo Sakakura, Lucy/Kaede, Penelo, Seto Kaiba, Shouto Todoroki, Souji Seta, Yato. The city's been under siege for what feels like hours. It's only on August 3rd that you learn it's been a matter of days. Monsters begin pulling Retrospec users through portals left and right, large gaping holes in reality that spit you out in any given location around the city. However, just as you think you're finally getting away, a large blue portal opens and you're snatched up. No amount of fighting and struggling will free you and soon the pressure is too great to ignore. Darkness fills your vision and the last thing you may remember is the sound of thunder... This is the Team Yzma Event Log. You are free to toplevel and thread as you choose on this log, but only team members may utilize this log. Important links to mod toplevels are: Mod Questions & Participation Reporting. Please be aware you are responsible for reporting your own participation & objective completion efforts with links; the moderators will try to keep up with threads, but as we are currently running several teams with participation, we require you to keep us up to date! [ He holds his hand out for a fistbump and then he motions to her ]

Alright, let's be ready to attack whatever's in there when we open the door. Ready?

[cane ready, she steps back so he can pull open the door.]

[frisyr]

[ He swings it open and--

--Huh, nothing came for them.

So he steps on in and tries to turn the lights on.

That's not very helpful, is it? But he's not exactly keen on what he can see in the room. ]

So, this guy is really creepy.

[mincingminuet]

[Pen enters, and the slime sticks to the door, preparing a goopy trap for anyone bold enough to enter.]

This guy's really. Really. Fucked up. Let's...get some more light going though.

[Touching her necklace, she calls out another monster. Surprise, you thought it'd be cool, but no, it's just Tonberry. The little monster waddles into the room and raises it's lantern high, illuminating a wider circle than the the dim lights.]

Let's see what we can find.

[frisyr]

Alrigh-- wha--

[ He pauses as Tonberry lights up all the stuff on the walls. ]

I'm claiming that.

[ He nods towards the chainsaw. ]

And we definitely have to take these before anyone comes back.

[mincingminuet]

Chainsaw...

[Well they can go all Universe Marine and make it into a Chainsword, she supposes...]

I don't even want to know what the fuck that was used for. But okay. Let's keep digging.

[Rooting around on the tables and stuff...]

Man, a bonesaw?!

You wanna take that one?

[ He keeps moving around with her, carefully because all that glass outside was such a mess, he feels like he might step on something over here. ]

Hey, what's this?

[ He motions towards the heart monitor ]

That?

[Tonberry raises his lantern and Pen looks it over after stuffing the bonesaw into a bag.]

Heart monitor. For...I guess the table? You know, the thing in movies that makes that beep when someone dies.

Let's take this too. Maybe someone will find it useful.

There's gotta be something in here... Otherwise why lock the door?

[mincingminuet]

[Opening things, sifting through...]

Oh, hey I found a...file? Probably something we should check in better lighting.

[frisyr]

Yeah, we should probably take this back for everyone else to see.

And there's no way I'm going to try and read that here.

[ He "packs up" the chainsaw and heart monitor, by sticking them under his arms and making absolute sure the safety is on the chainsaw... He figures they can drop it over by the meeting place, as he starts making his way back to the group. ]

[mincingminuet]

[Pen scoops up a few more things she's found from some of the trays, figuring it's better to have and to hold rather than have to run back. Scalpel, pliers, a surgical mallet...that kind of nonsense.]

Yeah agreed. C'mon, Tons, let's get moving.

[ He does not realize this is a nickname. ]

Do you think we'll ever get to see this doctor guy?

[Tonberry hops down and walks after them.]
