Hi. When I was little, I had to stay home sick on Valentines' Day. I was so pissed about it I actually waited for my mom to leave and walked all the way to school to give out my valentines, and, you know, hopefully get some back.

By the time I got to school it was music class. We had to do some stupid dancing thing, and I was burning up with this fever, and jumping all around made me really nauseous. So when we finally got back to homeroom to trade valentines, I put a bunch of puke instead of a valentine into the very first bag I saw.

When he hears the voice, he doesn't immediately think it's about him, but he still looks up to where it's coming from.

[it's an average summer day for Rin; that is to say, one in which he's blocked out the entirety of the world and found himself in the bright RU natatorium, the sky and pool reflecting one another. although his peers are likely enjoying their break, eating ice cream and taking instas and laughing, he's perfecting his entry from off the block, hitting the water over and over again at a fairly punishing pace. splash, ladder, getset; splash, ladder, getset; on and on]

[Rin's big on a lot of things: steak done just right, the company of his best friends, the little beans on the bottom of cat paws, b-rated horror movies. but he's the biggest on Perfection, and he's not leaving until his dive is absolutely the best it can be]

[One of the things that Cedric wanted to look at is the facilities. Except he's checked them out. More than once. That's besides the point.

Honestly, even if he's concentrating a bit more on studies; no one can really take the swimming out of the swimmer. It would also be a lie if he wasn't interested in seeing who else might be using the pool.

It's why he's currently not too far from the pool and might be watching the other as he dives. He should be less creepy and say something, but Rin seemed pretty focused and he didn't want to break that until the other wants to take a break.

He will just admire the other in the meantime. What a hardworker!!]
