Event A â Hit me, hit me with your skateboard;
[So, thereâs been a little change to the city, wink wink. People are adjusting to being tiny -- or not. Theyâre finding their way around the giant surroundings, animals, bugs, etc -- or not. You may be minding your own business, just trying not to get trampled on. Or maybe youâre investigating, or maybe youâre just trying to have a short (wink, wink) reprieve from the insanity.]Event B â there is a sad violin playing and also probably it is raining
[Sadly, thatâs not happening. You hear screaming, followed by two teenagers who appear to be riding a giant skateboard down the sidewalk. A giant yoyo has been wrapped around the skateboard, while one of the teens (a dark-haired girl with pigtails) is having just a teensy weensy amount of trouble steering it. The blond-haired boy behind her is clutching her and yelling loudly. As they barrel in your direction, you hear a simultaneous cry of--]
Watch out!
[Before one of the following happens:]
[i. The skateboardâs coming at you, too quickly to dodge. Either you jump on it or the teens pull you on, as you narrowly avoid being run over. In which case, welcome to the ride. Itâs going to be wild]
[ii. You have to run ahead of it as it comes for you, just barely keeping yourself from being flattened while the teens shriek and try to swerve out of the way so they donât hit you. All the while, theyâre screaming at you to run so you donât get hit]
[iii. The skateboard avoids you altogether and speeds up a makeshift ramp made from abandoned pizza boxes, causing them to go flying and actually flip -- hey, a trick -- while they scream and grab onto the yoyo string to keep from falling. How many points did they get? Feel free to clap, or boo, or call a small ambulance. An antbulance, if you will.]
[If you managed to miss the Skateboard Fiasco of earlier, rest assured that for our poor teens, the horror is not over yet. At least it seems that way with both teens sadly hanging around the curb, their skateboard a few feet back and obviously missing a wheel. They look contrite and are taking turns to approach any passer-by with a plea:]Post-Event â busking is sexy and cool if French teens are doing it
Iâm so sorry to bother you, but would you happen to have any spare change for the bus fare? We accidentally crashed and broke our, um, âvehicleâ, and we live on the other side of town⌠Weâve got no way back.
[they look so sad, these poor down on their luck teens with their conveniently broken skateboard. In fact, if you pay enough attention to the skateboard, you might notice something a little off⌠but come on. Itâs just bus fare. Thereâs NO WAY anything deeper is involved! Wonât you help these poor & sad (emphasis on poor and sad) teenagers, who are PROBABLY orphans, lbr????]
[Everythingâs back to normal-- supposedly. Everyone is normal sized, at least, which is something. It doesnât look like the locals noticed anything off at all -- which was unnerving -- but life is already proceeding as if it never happened.]Wildcard;
[For Marinette and Adrien -- or whatever names theyâre using today -- theyâre right back on schedule. Starting with money. They need money to live, and for other things.]
[If youâre walking down the street (and enjoying not having to ride animals or struggle to get on the bus to do so), you may notice them busking. Adrienâs playing a song on his accordion, while Marinetteâs set up a small sketching area for street caricatures. As you walk by, they try to catch your eye -- thereâs a cup for money for the boy, and thereâs a small sign right above the sample caricatures (and theyâre actually quite good) reading 10$]
Hello! [She says, cheerfully, while Adrien winks at you] Do you want a picture?
[And he pitches in, pausing in his playing momentarily:] Or you can simply stay and enjoy some music? [and pay him motherfucker. he winks again because he is only thinking that but seriously, pay him. also because he has a winking problem]

[he's just asking for a beating once this thing is under control]

[Well. She did just admit she knows they've been shrunk, unlike the NPCs, so that's a thing. She's mostly just throwing her weight to each side as needed to try to keep the skateboard as steady as possible.]
