Prologue.
The liaison’s been fairly busy gathering as much information as possible, and users will notice that several maps have popped up onto their Retrospec app over the last few days. While some messages have been unanswered, he appears again on the seventh and sends a mass text to the group at large.
The boats at the docks should take you out to Pesgare with little issue. You can travel back and forth as much as you need, but just keep in mind how much oxygen you have while you dive down. I’ve got a few things set up to help you that I nabbed from someone else’s world while sorting through memories. It’s not a perfect replica but it’ll have to do. Hope you don’t mind seaweed.
Subways are up and running, but it looks like we’re only able to get to a few stops before something blocks the train itself. Still doesn’t hurt to head out and investigate the area, see what’s out there, and maybe figure out why we’re blocked.

Emblazoned with the Retrospec symbol, these boats seem to self-navigate themselves to the outer district known as Pesgare, the little seaside town a few hours outside of the city.
Some users might know this place fairly well from previous endeavors, but today they’ll find that the tide is high and the water’s seeping in to the roads and the shops lining the streets. Unlike several months ago when the whole city was underwater, this time it seems as though something else is forcing the water outward and upward. Exploring the region itself, users will find that citizens of this region will explain that a levee used to exist and needs to be reformed around the town itself for rough weather ahead. The swell of ocean can crash over into the lower part of the city, and to protect themselves they’ll need a wall.
For those of you looking to help out Pesgare without deepdiving and disappearing into the ocean, the citizens of this region will encourage you to help them gather sandbags, create a sound structure, and work together to waterproof several of the buildings. Though the city is still standing, it’s beginning to corrode over time.
Users can help in the following ways:

-Assisting shopkeepers with their inventory and moving items into storage
-Creating a drainage system for additional water to flow back into the ocean

At the edge of Pesgare there’s a stand. It looks similar to a lemonade stand, but sitting behind it is a german shepherd who pushes forth a plate of seaweed with his nose. Should you stand there without taking it, the dog will bark at you insistently, looking between the plate and the ocean repeatedly.
Should you listen to the dog and consume the seaweed, a burning sensation will soon take over. A thin layer weaves itself between each of your fingers and your toes, and gills begin to form over your neck as they flare out and you gasp for air. It burns and chokes you, leaving you to flounder until you make your way back to the water.
It hits you before you can even think, and it’s almost as though you’re sinking without any warning, drowning and pulled straight down to the bottom of the ocean floor. Landing on the sand, the black soot sifts beneath your feet as you find pathways spread ahead of you. Though not an exact replica, you’ll find yourself facing another version of the city of Recollé, back during a simpler time. Several of your favorite stores and buildings are missing, but the layout of Tribunal Square and Apprassage seem to be in-tact.
Swimming comes easy thanks to your new bodily changes. Paddling your way forward, users will also find they aren’t alone. Looming over several of the buildings are large creatures that wait in silence, biding their time until you come closer. Pulsating, these creatures will send out little waves in the ocean that knock you back, disorient you, and may even knock you into other buildings that begin to crumble apart. They have the ability to conduct lightning as well, and should you get too close to certain buildings (including the replica of town hall), you will find yourself shocked, immobilized, and pulled straight into their mouths if you’re not careful. Perhaps it’s a wise idea to immobilize them first.
Strangely, though they aren’t moving they seem to be guarding town hall and the museums. Users can try to outsmart them to get inside, but entering these buildings won’t prove to be much better. The heavy pressure of the ocean weighs down on you as you navigate the rooms. Inside, though they seem to match their Recollé counterparts, they may find that things aren’t always what they seem.
A series of trap doors and invisible walls appear inside these buildings, shunting you from place to place and making it increasingly difficult to move around. You may find yourself teleporting from one building to another, or falling into a trench you could not see. The currents are heavy and make swimming in the right direction difficult, swirling silt and sand everywhere.
But should they enter these buildings, users may find:
-Physical copies of several maps from various worlds.

-Abandoned computers.

Back in the city of Recollé, the underground subway is now open and available for exploration once more. Unlike trains of the past that would attack or derail themselves, the new models are sleek and fully navigational, able to have maps inputted to them and take passengers outside of the city. No matter what train you board, it seems that you can select from a few separate maps to explore.
The ride itself almost seems entirely uneventful, quiet and normal despite whatever map you pick, but as the train leaves the tunnel and begins to pull away from the city itself. The outside world begins to pass you by as you come up from the underground, bypassing several buildings, trees, and stretches of land on your way out.
There are, surprisingly, thirty maps to choose from. While the maps themselves aren’t entirely indicative of what they represent, users are free to pick and choose where they would like to go. Twenty eight maps will lead to worlds that may seem familiar to several users on the app. Structured in various states of finishing ranging from a blank canvas with a few specific parts to fully-fleshed out worlds with figments of people inhabiting them (many of whom you may recognize as well), these worlds will allow users to get a taste of what life might be like should they grow beyond their horizons.
The other two maps, however, lead to one of two areas.
The first map will lead users to a version of the city of Recollé long before the project started. The buildings that exist now are in place, but certain changes are missing. People you’ve become familiar with exist as figments in this place, a projected model of a world that could be. Everything is fully functional in this city ad you’ll find replicas of all of your personal belongings right where you left them. Spend some time here if you wish for a bit of normalcy.
The second map, however, leads users to a modern yet technologically advanced city. Magic roams freely in this city and users can find areas such as banks, shopping malls, training academies, and companies that outfit all sorts of equipment including hovercrafts, robots, time machines, VR and more. Magical text books are available in this place, providing spells and enchantments for anything you could think of in the realm of light and dark magic.
Over all, it seems that this place is an advanced version of Recollé itself.
When users pick a location to stop, they may do the following:
-Explore these new areas.
-Compare and bring back resources from these mapped areas.
-Stake claim to these areas.
-Create new maps.
-Learn more about themselves, and see the world build before them as their memories line up.
Is it worth exploring? There’s only one way to find out.

Everywhere you go this month, the feeling of being watched can’t be shaken. Paranoia begins to creep in, making it difficult not to worry about what’s to come. Paranoia, however, can manifest in many different forms ranging from paranoia that you’ve forgotten something important to an insistent urge that someone will sneak up on you in the middle of the night and take you away.
As the month goes on, the feeling increases as you feel something move beneath your feet, as though something’s crawling under the earth itself. Leylines pop up, and should you stand on them for too long you’ll feel yourself beginning to grow weary as if the life is being sucked right out of you. Those most effected will begin to grow pale in appearance, a lack of energy and life taking its toll.
So how does one get that energy back? Find a way to replenish by living life to the fullest, whether that’s spending time with friends and loved ones, enjoying a hobby, returning to your roots or more.
Most importantly? Users may wish to track those lines and try to find the source of where they’re coming from. Tracing them down may be wise this month.

Sinbad created this nation himself, I don't think he would poison his own people.
[Torches are being set up and lit while the sun goes down, stages are also being set up, people with musical instruments are warming up and tuning their various instruments.
Everywhere people are buzzing about, happily, some girls dressed like Arabian dancers, adorned with some gold bracelets and wooden masks start to make their way to a stage. One with blue and pink flowers in her magenta braided hair wearing a wooden mask departs from her group and goes up to Al and Derek holding a necklace made out of flowers. She seems to be looking down submissively as if she didn't want to take up space and interpret their conversation.
Another drop of blue mystery goo seems to have fallen from the sky, a slight "bloop" sound is made by it when it hits the ground.]

"Sorry..." [She sounds muffled in her wooden mask but bows a little bit apolgetically toward Derek, she holds up the flower necklace toward Al and he just walks toward her and she puts it on him]

[ Even without the mask, she still speaks very softly and her face doesn't have too much expression on it. Al's mouth hangs open, since he is surprised to see her, not to mention how the last memory he had of her, she was dying. Making the drastic contrast all the more shocking.]

[She blushes hard and doesn't say anything for a few moments.
People around them are starting to drink lots of alchol and musicains are playing music, it seems rather odd that several people are already drunk as if they have been drinking during a long night.
A more of the blue drops fall from the sky, if they have any inclination to look up, there will appear to be a small hole in the sky, or is the sky melting? Hard to tell now.]

Morgiana...I remember living a different life and for less than a year...I started to remember Alibaba's life as if I lived it, but there is so much I don't know...
[Al gestures to Derek with a sad sombre expression...it's better to tear the band-aid off then lead her on, even if he wanted to, he couldn't give her what she wanted...and he just feels rotten about this]
This is my older brother, Derek... [He chokes on his words, not able to say anything more, worrying about the feelings of this girl that...he still remembers caring about.]
"Is...Is he anything...like the Alibaba that saved me?" [She asks with some seriousness, blushing, wanting SOMETHING from her Alibaba to be in the guy in front of her, it's clear that she thinks very highly of Alibaba, which caught Al off guard]

I perform in he theatre in my home country and have been giving your friend here lessons in acting. We were actually just practicing some of the skills I taught him. Different personalities. Was it convincing? He's working very hard. Said he wanted to impress someone? I had no idea he meant...
[Derek glances at Al, totally in this fake character he made up on the spot to hide the fact they were from another world. Probably shouldn't talk about that...]

I'm sorry Morgiana, I just HAD to try, Draco is from Magnoshutatt and he was telling me how he didn't make the cut for the Hogwarts program, so he decided to use his magic for performance rather than battle.
[She looks at both of them with a bit of confusion processing it, as if she questioned it for a little, before she smiles, maybe it's a side effect from the curse they just dealt with. But she turns to Derek. Al hoped Derek got the hint, Hogwarts and Magnoshutatt's magic education was close enough that he should be able to use it without too much scrutiny.]
"You studied magic in Magnoshutatt? What was that like?"

In general it's challenging, but the sports teams could be better.

Blue goo starts to drip all over the place now as if the roof was leaking and everyone is reacting to it, this is definitely not normal.
A guy seems to be floating from a hole, it's a little more obvious now, the blue goo was from a barrier of some sort above, given how broken and melted the top of it looks like, a huge gaping hole in their defence. Out of the three of them, only Derek will be able to see the black bird-like figures flying around him]
"Judar" [She puts a foot behind her, seemingly ready to jump toward the floating guy at any moment, the ground under her back foot sinks a bit, despite it being made out of brick.]
[He looks around, and frowns when he sees Al and seems furious]

[Al pulls his knife out, he doesn't remember much about Judar, but he does remember not liking the guy. What curse was he talking about...the black snake memory? Despite his confusion he keeps a determined face, he WAS supposed to be Alibaba after all, so acting!]

[Al transforms into his full Djinn equip form rather quickly, which Morgiana looks surprised, but couldn't ask, Judar looks mildly impressed like seeing a dog learned a new trick]

[As if this couldn't escalate any further, several soldiers start to come in, spears pointed at Judar, who doesn't seem to care at all about them.]

[As soon as Derek does that he brings his wand swishing down and there is a great explosion in front of them, sending dust and debris everywhere.
In the confusion Derek reaches over and grabs Al tightly by the arm.]

[And then Derek is apparating them away with a loud crack. Turning, it is going to feel like they are being send through a tight straw. When they land, they are 25 meters away. Not very far, but one one is pointing things at them now.
He then turns to Al.]
Hold still.
[He raises his wand and flicks his wand at Al. He's about to remove his wand when he pauses. And then flicks it again. Nothing.]
Shit it's not working. Must be a more advanced spell... SHIT!
[He raises his wand again.]

[A shield starts forming around them.]

[As Derek and Al apparate, there is a massive ice storm throughout the area while the shards obey Judar's command and bombard the entire area trying to hit the mystery wizard that dared disrespected him, and the place is thoroughly trashed, some explode on impact, others go deep into the ground and grow, making the place a few degrees colder.
They can hear it from where they are, just to add to the chaos, a mysterious stranger is jumping on the rooftops nearby them like a ninja, his entire body crackling with electricity. Other than wearing a white and green robe, they can't see much of this person, he jumps toward the action and they can see and hear the massive amounts of electricity building up]
"BARARAQ SEI!"
[Two bolts of lightning shaped like dragons seem to come out of his sleeves, being high in the sky both Derek and Al can see the two dragons come out and presumably go toward Judar, before the ninja-like person is blown away by a massive gust of wind, crashing hard into the ground making a large crater in addition to other medium-sized objects. Ninja person gets up and runs toward another building to strike again while barking orders to a soldier to "get the other generals and get the citizens to safety"
Al seeing Derek struggle with his magic makes him bite his lower lip, he has mixed feelings about that, whatever the spell was, probably would be helpful in getting away, but on the other, chances are a fight was unavoidable so he gets to genuinely be a bit of a hero.]
I barely remember him, I didn't even know his name, but I know for a fact he has lighting magic strong enough to go through shields, or at least it went through Alladin's anyway and some white bird things collect through his wand called Rkuh, he commands it to produce magic. No idea what Rkuh is, but if we disconnect him from it, he might be powerless.
Can't believe how much this one asshole can do, he's already made this place into a war zone.

[Derek raises his wand. If Potter can summon his broom from the castle to the Quidditch pitch, then he could do this... probably.]

[Derek is really hoping that this will work and it will go flying into his outstretched hand.]

[After a couple of seconds, the spell works, sort of. Small white bird-like creatures gently fly toward Derek, from places other then Judar's direction. Roughly a dozen answer Derek's summons, not that Al can see them.
Al sighs]
I suppose it was a long shot...I might have something that could give him a run for his money and possibly end this, never used it before and I might only have one shot, after that, I'm out of the fight.
[They can still hear the fight going on nearby, buildings blowing up, people and soldiers are running to try to escape the battle, plenty are hurt, but they are alive.]

These things are Rkuh. Not the wand. I though bloody thing had a name! So what I really have to do is disarm him. Just great, not I need to get closer. You're coming with me. This is what you get for not explaining this better to me in a time of...oh I don't know... WE COULD DIE!
[Derek grabs Al by the back of his shirt and turns on the spot, Dissapprating away. They appear with a loud crack about 10 feet away from the crazy guy.
Derek raises his wand.]
YO UGLY, OVER HERE!
[Derek waves his wand.]
EXPELLIARMUS!
[If the spell works correctly, the guys wand should go flying out of his hand and right into Derek's, while being blown back a bit.]

Survival.
Despite being frustrated with Derek, Al just focuses on the details that matter to survive. He nods and his response is, surprisingly level headed]
We aren't dying here, I promise.
[ When Derek catches Judar's attention he turns and grins wand at his side, waiting for his spell, the moment he feels his wand shake, trying to resist a strange magic it's never encountered before, a yellow bubble forms around Judar, just as the wand flies toward derek, it's caught by the bubble, the entire bubble is blown back a bit as it bounces harmlessly to the ground.
Apparently, Judar doesn't need his wand for this kind of magic and laughs mockingly and claps in the safety of his bubble with such unrelenting arrogance assuming that no one here is a threat to him at all.
Al has other ideas, charging in the second, his entire body consumed in flames, using his super speed, Al's blade glowing white]
AMON ZEL-SIKA!
[A deafening bomb had just exploded from Al's sword toward Judar, just before the flames make contact his eyes widen in disbelief, there is heavy smoke, but the shine of the yellow bubble was gone while Al swings his blade for a death blow, the wand on the ground, Judar quickly flies to dodge, completely surprised and off guard that this "loser" was able to do that, the smoke soon dissipates while he screams in pain, going above it all, out of Al's reach. It's hard to see how much damage Al actually did to his arm, considering most of Judar's arm looked burned it's difficult to tell how much Al's blade cut into Judar, but, since he is making a fist with the injured arm, it looks like Judar barley managed to avoid a crippling blow.
Judar is only feeling one emotion, fury while he glares at Al. Not even noticing that his wand is somewhere among the burned rubble]
YOU....HOW DARE YOU HARM ME! ME! A MAGI!

Unfortunatly, without knowing how that magic is specifically inflicting him, it's going to take him a while.
The wand, still somewhat connected to Judar, resists for a few seconds before it slips into Derek's hand, the second it does touch his hand, small white and black bird creatures start to fly toward Derek.
Judar is very much annoyed]

[Judar tries to fly toward the hole in the barrier he made earlier, which has only gotten worse since they started fighting.
There are some VERY fast and heavy footsteps heard, making the earth tremble slightly if they look in the direction it seems to be coming from, they can see it's Morgiana, cut all over the place, probably by the ice shards earlier and she creates a large crater to launch herself like a rocket to try to intercept him.
Even with Judar picking up speed to get away, ignoring all of his pain to simply get away, Morgiana just narrowly misses him, leaving him home free to get away.
Morgiana's upward momentum stops, and she starts to fall back to earth, Al runs to try to be under her to catch her.
Adrenaline is still pumping, and his heart is thundering hard.]
Ummmm, Draco!? Do you have a spell to help her, you know...not crash?
