[Are you in Chata today? Are you outside of the grocery store today? John's hanging around, leaning against the side of the building with a clipboard in his hand. Starting a petition is…not quite what he has in mind, but he can bend it a little and maybe it'd count. Should anyone get close enough, he'll approach and grin a little, clipboard gripped firmly as he waves.]

Can I borrow a few minutes of your time?

[Frankly, he's also a little bored and it's why he decides to commandeer a stall at the Farmer's Market today. The market's been quiet given the lack of people around, but today John's selling what appears to be…a bunch of baked goods. Tarts, cookies, pastries (no cupcakes, weirdly) and some candied apples.

For anyone passing by, he'll lean forward a little, nudging the tray toward you.]

Tribunal Terrace, OPEN

[John can also be found walking from the parking lot of the hospital, carrying a couple of large boxes from his car toward the front door. There appears to be a handful of art supplies hanging out of the boxes, but as he passes by he'll commentate.]

Mind getting the door for me? I could really use a hand. [He thinks he's funny. He's not.]

Oh no, he did? No wonder he seemed quiet...I'm sorry I didn't notice, I was busy with finals. Does he remember everything again? I can imagine explaining it would be hard.

We have to be optimistic here, I think. And I didn't expect anyone else to really notice, so don't worry. He remembers everything now and we're still doing okay. I don't know if he'll join the crisis project but if I ask him he might.

That's a relief....I think. I'm never sure if people coming back to the app is a good thing for them. It would be nice to have him in the crisis project though. He's a good teammate.

He is. And I've never thought about it too closely because it's sort of sad. [A beat.] Another friend of mine lost the app, too. So did Dave's sister. It's been kind of rough in that regard but maybe it's why I'm actually working on these tasks now.

[he frowns sympathetically. He's lost a number of people from the app too, so he understands] I'm sorry.

Well, then let's do our best to decorate the hospital with these! That'll help for sure.

Yeah! Plus they're pretty generic that they might actually leaves these up for a while unlike Christmas decorations. It'll feel like maybe actually doing something worthwhile.
