WHERE: All over the city!
WHEN: All month
WHAT: Prompts!
WARNINGS: N/A right now.
a. enprise - swim with the sharks
[Admittedly... he didn't realize that swimming would go this way, but he's dealt with sharks before.
They were metallic and were befriended through combat by one of the subgroups in his group, but still! He has dealt with them before! And what is life without some risk, um, probably? Probably. Hopefully he won't be nibbled.
And hopefully you won't be either, partner.]
They're generally not as aggressive as the media makes them out to be... so long as blood isn't spilled, it's fine, I think. You'll want to keep below them if you can, though, sharks hunt by using the shadows above them. Oh, and if you get attacked, hit their gills.
[It's a little known fact, but Goro rambles mostly when he's nervous. He's very nervous despite looking utterly calm-- no, accepting of this new situation. Anything for his mother.]
b. tisse - steal someone's coffee
[... Anything for his mother, apparently, because he's trying his best to hawk coffee from others. There's a lack of actual normal people in the area, so it's harder, and that technically means any coffee he steals will be a fellow Retrospec user... um, baristas, please do not judge him.
Now, his best at the moment is just ordering coffee for himself every now and then and otherwise loitering in the various coffeeshops around Recolle, watching the counter to try and steal his next cup.
Catch him in the act or ask him to leave, please. Or help him out. We're all thieves here.]
c. anywhere at all - wildcard
[hit him up for whatever!!! goro's prompt list is here and pretty much anything can be expanded on; he's participating in the fashion show on the 23rd and may hold a small pet show himself but that's to be decided. wanna talk about anything? contact me atsundrymunity]
a
[He nods in acknowledgment! They can do this without becoming shark food.]
We'll be fine. I can summon a few demons to protect us if it ever gets that bad.
[If that makes you feel any better, Goro.]
no subject
That sounds wonderful, thank you. I'm afraid I don't know how my own companion might work underwater.
[Facets of his personality or not, do Persona have some sort of physics when it comes to things like that..? Or maybe it's purely connected to him. Hm.]
I think a few minutes should work for the purpose of the task, but maybe we should have a goal? I wonder if there's anything interesting down there, hidden by the sharks.
no subject
Jeanne doesn't mind going for a swim. It'll be okay. She's really strong so you can trust her.
[He looks at Goro curiously. ]
We can try looking in the depths for anything of interest, sure.

Anyway.
He's trying to have some perspective about it all, and for the most part he's politely ignoring the antics of the java bandits (as long as they don't seem to be really taking advantage). But Jamie recognizes Goro from that month down in hell, so after they've both been waiting a few minutes for another customer to arrive and order something... ]
You know, I think you could probably just pay for someone else's coffee.
And have it work.
no subject
If it were someone unaware, he might feel a little better about it, but because it's someone that he might see on the network... That he might see around, just the some three digit number of them all left in the city...]
Do you think so? I'd like it if it were that easy. Stealing isn't exactly my forte.
no subject
So if you bought their coffee, you'd just be doing that one instead.
For that matter, Mr. Carlisle did say they were only suggestions. So I bet if you stole someone else's cocktail, that would accomplish something, too...

tisse
He might have a tendency to walk into things when he's caught up by sketching but he's still alert enough to people's presences when he's not drawing, even if he's asleep. ]
That's not yours, 's it?
[ It's Koutarou's. He's just not reacted to it being placed by him right away because he's tired.
He blinks tiredly at Goro and rubs his cheek with a paint-stained yukata sleeve. He can feel the wrinkles caused by the fabric from when he leaned against it, ouch. ]
no subject
It isn't, is it..? Sorry, I must've jumped the gun.
[Back to waiting, he guesses, for another shot at someone else's... Hopefully he isn't the type of person who cares about others? Or maybe he is, which is why he stopped Goro. Appearances certainly can be deceiving.]
Um, are you an artist?
no subject
He regards the boy, still trying to wake up a bit more properly. ]
...I suppose that you must have.
[ He's clearly a Retrospec user though, so he might be trying to fulfill an objective. Should Koutarou have pretended to keep sleeping? ]
I am, yes, and an art teacher.
[ He's fond of his job. He's given up a lot to pursue his dreams, so he's happy he enjoys it as much as he does. ]

He loves you, but back off. ]
I'm sure this isn't your coffee.

[It's burning a bit against his palm, but he's not backing off. Stealing together would be fine. Fun, even, a thrill even if it's just coffee. Akira's hand feels nice against his own, perfectly fit together, but he's only got a polite, pleasant smile for his competition today.]
You won't win this, so in fair warning I'd suggest you'd find a new prize to take.
no subject
[ Good thing his hand isn’t the one being used as a coffee cozy. He keeps his hand there, squeezing it a bit so that Goro can feel more of the heat. Yield. ]
You?

B, sort of
[ . . . So says Natalia. Who is standing here by the counter with perhaps a good drink option here, but she turns with a smile at the other!! ... She might be here to get a coffee so steal too, though.
Hi Goro. We had an adventure a while ago. ]
no subject
Miss Natalia.
Goro's hand retracts slightly, but then he picks it up regardless to hand it over.]
An excellent choice in drink, Miss Natalia. Black, or some other flavor?
no subject
[ She takes it with a little bit of a wink, turning properly to face him!! ]

OI!
[Derek turns around and grabs the theif by the back of his shirt.]
Get your own coffee brat.
[Normally Derek gets Earl Grey tea in the morning. Getting coffee only means he's in an exceptionally bad mood and he's really tiered, which makes sense because he's been busy moving and helping his brother move into his place. A brother who has only been his brother for two years (adopted) and is a teenager shit full of issues he doesn't know how to deal with. TODAY IS A DAY FOR COFFEE AND OVER HIS DEAD BODY IS SOMEONE GOING TO STEAL IT!]
no subject
Ah-- Um, I'm-- I'm sorry, I'm just trying to complete one of the-- the tasks that Zee-san asked of us, um, I'm sorry.
no subject
Of course... Zee... [Derek rubs his bridge of his nose in annoyance.]
Alright kid, if I let you run off to like... the corner and then I stop you do you think that will work? Because I still want my bloody coffee.

Set up a stall!
He's not really planning to sell anything. But he would like to help fix the world, even a little.]
Oh-- you selling, too?
[If they're both out here, they may as well help each other!]

[There's only so many people who are interested in origami, after all. He settles the baskets of the different flowers he's folded on the table, glancing over at Tatsuma's works and moving closer to study them. Oh...]
Perhaps I could be a customer of yours, though? I quite like the monochrome appeal, even if it's due to the world's state at the moment. It's charming.
no subject
Thanks. I got practice with it.
[...Mostly because life was real hard when blue and green were missing. Most of the pieces are of nature, black and white representations of forest roads with dappled light filtering through - if a colored glaze were applied over it, the lighting would no doubt be spectacular.]
Yours is... origami?

we out here being nasty crimeboys without akira for once
the cafes are too noisy at this hour and they're a tad too overrated to talk about secrets there at this point, so sena texts goro to meet him at the park, on the playground. goro will see him seated on a bench beneath a tree because he is not risking the heat out there, and sena will wave him over to come sit with him with... well, not much urgency; like he said he doesn't want to seem excited over this. ]
I found a task that I think we can both do. [ "Discuss crimes or wrong-doings you've committed in this life or the past with one other person." ] ...I don't want to pressure you or anything, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't curious. And... I think it's about time anyway.
heckie yeah
It's such a nice day.]
Ah... Mmm, no, it's fine. You're my best friend, Secchan, I should've told you months ago. It isn't as if it could change your view of me at this point.
[Despite not knowing a lot about his other life, Sena has seen more of Goro than almost anyone else. It's that assurance that lets him lean back against the bench, hands clasped in his lap as he stares at the mottled sky through the leaves.]
... I'm not sure what to start with, really. There's quite a bit.
no subject
he follows goro's gaze towards the sky before looking at him again thoughtfully, mulling over what to say next. akira did say that you need to force yourself in sometimes, right? ]
It won't. I trust you this much, don't I? So you've got to trust me too. [ it's hard for him to admit that, yet here he is now. ] We've said this a million times already, that whatever happened in our memories won't have to affect what we have now. And it's not as if I don't have any skeletons in my closet either.
[ just one skeleton, really. but it still counts. ]
Let's start off small and work our way up. You don't have to answer if it's too gory. [ ... ] Last October, your doppelganger had a gun. Why was that?
