[ Holding her like this felt so nice and warm. So much that he felt as though he could melt into her touch and easily fall asleep like this. With his fingers still threading through her soft locks, he places a kiss on top of her head. Any sort of anger he had from earlier had disappeared and he's... ready to fall into a deep slumber. ]
That doesn't surprise me. Your face gets especially flustered when I tease you. It's cute.

[Totally and one hundred percent true, but it doesn't make it any better when she likes being this close to him. She likes just how warm it is, being close to him, and she doesn't mind or care if anybody drops in on them anymore.]

[ But her pouting is really cute and it's a sight he's always glad to see. After giving her one last pat on the head, he shifts over in order to grab his cellphone out of his backpack and pull up the picture, bringing it over to where she can see. ]

[ Now it's his turn to blush when he hears her request. His cheeks turn a bright shade of red as he nervously swallows hard. ]
W-Well, I'm certainly not surprised that you want this picture. [ Actually, yes he is. ] But yeah, I'll send it to you.
[ With a few clicks of some buttons, he pulls up her number and sends her a copy of the picture through text. ]
When we get back home, I can wear it for you in person.

[That much is absolutely true, to say the least. She wouldn't like about that. But then her eyes widen and she can't help but look at him directly in the eyes.]

[ That... causes him to blush even harder. Of course, he knew that she meant it which made him even more red. But that thought made him really happy. It made his heart flutter that she was going to have a picture of him as her cellphone wallpaper. ]
I absolutely mean. It will be one of the first things we do when we get back home. [ As if he wasn't already a tomato, he somehow turns even more red just from imagining her in his outfit. Ah... he's the luckiest man in the world. ] Y-Yeah... you'll look beautiful in it. I would like to see you wear it.

[ Even though it's freaken obvious, Leon. He pouts a little and can't help but puff his cheeks in annoyance, mumbling something under his breath before he finally responds back to her. ]
Honestly, I think it's even more cuter on you with it being big. You will look really adorable in my over-sized outfit. I wasn't!! H-How dare you imply that. [ He totally was. ] That's true, you do have to send me a selfie of that outfit. Was that how you got stuck in that outfit to begin with?
[ The mention of the other selfie causes him to turn an even brighter shade of red. ]

[Now it's her turn to pout, albeit for completely different reasons.]
So, that's the first thing that you thought about when I talked about selfies, Leon? You really liked it, didn't you? Maybe I should take more of those... [And she takes a quick glance away, blushing a little bit. Whether she's playing it up or genuinely flustered is up to interpretation.] You'd like a whole album's worth of them, right? I honestly don't mind if you do certain things while looking at those pictures. But it's only because it's you. ♥
[She is absolutely hammering this in with a silky sweet voice, only matched with puppy dog eyes.]

[ It's incredibly selfish on his part but he wants to be the only one to see his girlfriend in revealing attire and have her all to himself. ]
W-Well, what other selfie were you talking about?! [ But it's not a lie, since he really did enjoy that picture even if he acted embarrassed over the matter. ] C-C-Certain things?!?!?! [ He accidentally squeaks that out due to how flustered he is over the matter. ] I... I..
[ It doesn't help that she's blushing and those puppy dog eyes are making her look super enticing. She's so cute and it's so unfair. Since they were alone, he decides to make a bold move by bringing his hands to cup her cheek as he leans in to place a needy kiss on her lips, wanting to feel her warmth. He lets the kiss linger on for a little bit before he finally pulls away. ]
While I wouldn't mind a whole album's worth of pictures, I'd rather have the real thing.

[Of course, her outfit wasn't the only thing that people commented about, but it's definitely up there. Nevertheless, she notices his stammer and finds herself rather amused by it to the point where she pretty much chuckles.
It doesn't last for long before he suddenly cups her cheek and kisses her; it's warm and comforting that she honestly couldn't care less.
But what makes her blush is his comment, which decisively clusters her to the point where she goes ahead to find herself comfortable laying properly next to him.]

[ Said without any ounce of shame or hesitation. Not only did it annoy him that people got to witness her in that outfit but for them to make comments only served to fuel his irritation. So much that he subconciously pulls her closer to him as if he was trying to stake his claim on her even more so.
But he does manage to smile when she snuggles up to him. Even if this situation wasn't the most comfortable, he's certain he will easily be able to fall asleep with Mio in his arms. ]
I agree. It's been a long day and we need some rest.
[ He rests his head on top of her and closes his eyes, as he was finally starting to drift off to sleep, he whispers these words to her: ]

[She hums to herself a little as she nods, closing her eyes a little and mumbling "I love you too" under her breath, feeling that she would have good dreams now that she's heard that.
But Mio doesn't.
In fact, the dream she has is a living nightmare - it's not worse than the other things that she's recalled but it cuts a lot deeper and it's in the midst of it that she jolts awake all of a sudden after a good hour or two, calling out a familiar name ー "Satoshi-kun!" and brings a hand to the side of her face, tears already falling from the edges of her eyes.]

[Mio can't help but curse under her breath in the sudden realization of it, taking a quick glance to see if that somehow woke him up.]

Except that life wasn't that easy when you had retrospec.
Leon is a light sleeper to begin with, but the moment he hears a very familiar voice calling out for a name that he loathes, he immediately wakes up and jolts up from his spot. At first, he was hoping that he was just having a terrible nightmare and that Mio would just be sleeping peacefully. Of course, that wasn't the case. It's the opposite. He notices tears falling from her eyes and at first, he's in a state of disbelief he's not sure what to say. Because he's fully aware of the name she called out.
It takes him a moment to gather his thoughts together but once he's finally settled down a bit, he cups her cheek with his hands and wipes any tears away with his thumb. ]

[Being caught off guard when he suddenly cups her cheek, she can't help but be a little surprised, even to the point where she looks a little flustered.]
...sorry, did I wake you up? You can go back to sleep.
[Just let her wipe the rest of her tears with her arm before smiling in an attempt to be reassuring.]

[ There's no way he could just leave her like this. On top of already being wide awake, he refused to leave her alone to possibly have another nightmare. In an instant, he's wrapping his arms around her for a warm embrace, wanting to do his best to bring her any sort of comfort. ]

For a brief moment, he frowns and narrows his eyebrows. As frustrating as it was, he's trying his best not to snap at her again since he went off on her a few times today and he was already feeling bad about his earlier actions. But he still can't quite hide his irritation. ]

Feeling like she's skating on thin ice as she speaks she can't help but gulp nervously before nodding.]
Yeah. It was... a painful memory. It's okay, though. I'll- [Hesitation traces her voice and she shakes her head, because she can practically see the irritation in his eyes.] I'll be fine, so you don't have to hear the rest of it, Leon.

[ His voice is stern and firm, but he's doing his best to try and keep his cool and be as understanding as possible. As much as it hurts, he can't simply just wish Satoshi out of Mio's memories. At the end of the day, Mio's happiness is what's truly important and he needs to put his pride down in order to be a good boyfriend and give her the joys in life that she so desperately deserves. ]
If it's something that pains you, then I want to be there for you and listen to your troubles. If it's something that made you cry, then I want to know about it.

[It takes her quite a bit to reel herself in and actually say anything, primarily because she's trying to be so careful not to hurt him. She doesn't want to harm him any more than she has to, and... she especially doesn't want a repeat of earlier, either.]
Okay, but don't get mad.
[Her voice sounds rather awkward and timid -- it's unlike her. Glancing away from him, she tugs at her arm a bit uncomfortably, chewing on her lower lip as if uncertain of what words she should say before taking in a deep breath in, and then exhaling.]
I... [Damn it. Feeling so fragile like this is uncomfortable. She hates it. When she finally manages to speak again, she can't even look at Leon straight in the eye, and for good reason.] Satoshi-kun, he yelled at Shion for something that she did to his younger sister. But what Shion said was that what she did... she did it because she thought that she was the right thing to do. Because she thought that his sister was clingy and that Satoshi-kun protected her too much.
