[Welcome to the Emporium, an arcade bar that Minako and Sakura have decided to host their joint birthday party at! Come on in and have some fun playing games, eating junk food, and just hanging out with the birthday girls (and guy, if he decides to come).

There are, of course, the numerous arcade games that the place is known for, ranging from the old school 2v2 fighters to the shooting gallery kinds. But there are a smattering of other games as well, like DDR, darts, mini hoops, skeeball, and the pool table, too. There's also a wall of crane games in the back, with plenty of random and mostly cute prizes to win.

Make a stop by the purikura booth if you have time. Make some duck lips at the camera and then take the snaps home! (Or give them to the birthday girls for the memories.)

Oh, and be sure to exchange your money for tokens before you play all these games. The token machine seems kind of finicky, though. Maybe a strong (and hopefully discrete?) kick will help jumpstart it.

Walk to the dining area, and there'll be a feast waiting you! The arcade is providing a ton of pizza and wings, as well as alcohol, if you can show your ID. For dessert, there's the cake that Shuji made for the girls, as well as Minako's lemon tea cakes. Those are limited supply, though, so snag one before everyone eats it up.

Next to the dining area, there's a big sign that says "DUNK TANK OUTSIDE". Maybe take a look? Just be reaaaally sure you want to climb in before you do it, though. The towels provided by the arcade are pretty small.

And finally, if you need a break from the chaos, there's a couple of couches on the second floor. Take a load off and watch from above.]

Lucy blinked, briefly concerned when May jolted like that. She was...okay? Right?]

I was in the zone and didn't even notice you were there till you said anything.

[Another blink.]

...sorry?

[And a pause.]

You didn't seem to be doing that well, though.

[me_matey]

It's just a bad luck streak, is all. I've cleaned these things out on the boardwalk, yo know.

[Lucy shrugged.]

I could have made it easier.

[A single vector appeared, curling over Lucy's shoulder. It didn't linger long, disappearing as quickly as it manifested.]

[me_matey]

I wanna try and win it legit like, but I'm starting to think you're right. This machine hates me.

I think those machines are always like that.

[It seemed like some law of the universe, like gravity and water being wet.]

[me_matey]

Maybe it's time for a break, either way. -May sighed, pulling a flask from her purse and stealing a sip from it.-

[Lucy noticed the flask but didn't mention it, shifting to block the view of anyone who might have been looking this way. She glanced at the machine again, and shrugged.]

[Lucy's shoulders straightened, and with another glance around her she reached for the joystick controls with her physical hand. She'd gotten some tokens before, and didn't mind dropping one of those in.

But she didn't try to move the crane yet. A vector floated in line with her arm, paused a little as its "fingertips" touched the glass--and then sank through it, without a scratch or a crack, just a brief higher-pitched thrum as its resonance picked up. It disappeared into the stack of toys, and a puffy shrimp plush near the top loosened from the pile. Then Lucy moved the crane, lowering it to retrieve the now-freed plush, and dropping it into the prize chute.

Then Lucy fished out the shrimp, and dropped it into May's arms.]

There.

-May was honestly at a brief loss for words, just holding the plush in her hands, processing what she'd just witnessed. After a moment, there's a small laugh, and a familiar twinkle in her eye.-

That... was so cool!!

[Lucy blinked, breaking eye contact with May as she scratched her face.]

...it was nothing.

[There's a little bit of color to her face that wasn't there before, though.]

Nuh uh, that was the real shit, was awesome! Take a compliment!
