A - caffeine and croissants
Li-Na has the lunch shift at Expressive, so she can be found there most days between 10 and 2, taking orders at the register with a smile. Beginning Friday the 21st, she's starting to learn how to make the drinks. Hopefully, she won't mess yours up.
B - practice, practice, practice
In the afternoon, Li-Na can be found at the dance studio, even on the days she doesn't have lessons. She just grabs an empty practice room and works on what she's been learning in her jazz class. There's enough room for more than one person, so don't been afraid to ask to use the room too (or barge in).
C - hello, it's me
Li-Na is on her way back to her host family after dance practice when her phone rings. Her face lights up when she sees the name on the caller ID.
Good morning, Brother!
She chats cheerfully with her older brother in Cantonese for several minutes as he gets ready for work half a world away. When she hangs up, she reaches to tuck her phone back into her purse when she sees the bus approaching.
Standing up to flag the bus, Li-Na doesn't notice her phone tumble to the ground instead.

CLOSED - MARI & KANAN
So that's why she's out on the beach, not far from where she's saying with Chiyo's family. Earbuds firmly in her ears as she watches a music video on her phone and tries to copy some of the dance moves. Her sneakers kick up sand as she dances along to the music only she can hear.

"Ahh, what are you working on?" She asks, full of smiles and wide eyes.

Li-Na stops mid-step with a surprised expression on her face. And then she blushes. She shouldn't be surprised that someone was watching her, out here on the beach, but she is.
"A dance routine," she says. "I was asked to come up with a dance routine and I want to mix a couple different styles"

She also saw Li-Na dancing and was on her way to compliment her when Mari spoke up first.
"You're really talented. You made that routine yourself?"

"Ah! For Bingo?" Maybe she should've assumed for dance school but EVERYTHING is bingo these days, so.

Wow that kind of sounded like she's trying to poach someone else's routine.
"But yes! It is for the bingo game. I am supposed to choreograph a dance routine and perform it with two or three others. But I am still putting it together and I do not know where I would perform it..."
