I. Your Fairy Cashmother
["Don your tiara and grant people's wishes for the day." Great. Exactly what she wants to do. Not only does she need to wear the stupid tiara that Retrospec sent her, but now she has to hang out with strangers giving them stuff that they want?

So she'll be at the square in a long white dress, tiara placed prominently atop her head, rather than wrapped in her hair as usual. She won't be approaching people asking for wishes, however. Instead, shes written up a sign reading "FREE WISHES", leaning it against a stool she's set up for herself to sit at, looking bored and grumpy as she waits for her fate.]

II. Share a Little Melody
[Sharing a Retrospec memory with a stranger is difficult for two reasons. One, she hasn't received many memories yet, and two, she really doesn't enjoy talking to strangers. Of course Retrospec probably knew both of these things when giving her this challenge, just so she can make things extra awkward for the anti-social heiress. Still, there was one memory that she knew she could let out rather easily.

The piano at the mall is the perfect place to share the first memory she ever received. A mysterious song that, for some reason, she remembers performing once before. It's taken some practice, and the lyrics are still fuzzy, but the song is as loud in her mind as it will ever be. Sitting calmly on the bench, she cracks her knuckles, before playing out the song in its entirety for anyone around to hear.]

Ari - A Bouquet of Insults

[It had taken a surprising amount of time to collect the echo flowers from the forest, despite them being just about the only blue things left in the whole city. At least she can say she only got lost twice in that time. Flowers in hand, she had just the target in mind for her barrage of insults, but in order to make this really good, she needed a partner.]

Hey Ari, meet me at the park. I've got a great prank for Dante that I need your help with.

Okay! I'll be right over.

[Ari's never going to say no to hanging out with Vera, who is in a unique position to understand some of the struggles Ari has. Also she's just as daring as Ari is in some things. Whatever the case, it's prank for Dante that has her interested this time.

She shows up wearing a cute sundress and boots.]

Vera! Hi! You needed me?

[Vera smiles wide when she meets her friend, wearing herself a pair of hiking boots and jeans. A trek through the forest for flowers wouldn't be good for her usual dresses.]

Hey Ari, you look adorable.

[She quickly holds out the bouquet of echo flowers, wrapped in simple paper for the time being.]

Ever seen these before? They can record your voice, as freaky as that sounds.

Thank you... You look nice, too. Jeans look good on you.

[Her gaze drops to the flowers: bright blue, which is hard to miss when the world around them is drained of that color. She blinks.]

Oh, I heard about these... Are we going to use them for the prank?

You think so? I usually don't cover my legs, but if you think it looks good...

[Focus, Vera. She smirks at the mention of pranks.]

You know it. I got a bingo card telling me to do this, but I figure the two of us can fill these up and give them to Dante. He'll think his girlfriend got him a present, then get blindsided by stupid insults.

He'll totally get a kick out of it.

Emilie - Jump Rope

[The park seems like a good enough place for this. Wide open with lots of people.]

Alright, so, confession time? I've never played jump rope before.

[ Émilie looks at Vera with surprise. ]

Never ever? Not even once?

[heiroglyphs]

Maybe once when I was really young? Father did put me in gymnastics for a time.

[She shrugs.]

Either way, I don't remember.

[ Well, she'll just give that a little thought, and... ]

...I have a skip rope somewhere, more for exercise than anything. [ Émilie likes to keep trim. ]

I have a treadmill in my apartment for that.

[She shrugs.]

But it's a piece of rope, it can't be that hard.

Dante - Hostage Situation

[It's Sunday night and most everyone has gone home from the weekly fight club. Except Dante might notice that since their little meeting, he's missing a particular weapon. It won't be gone for long, however, as he soon receives a text with a picture of his wooden practice sword. The sword is "wearing" what can only be described as a blindfold near the tip of the blade while being suspended by rope over a bucket filled with water and what looks like a papercraft shark fin.]

WE HAVE WHO YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
COME TO YOU-KNOW-WHO'S APARTMENT AND HE MAY YET LIVE.

[OH WHAT THE HELL VERA! He's been looking for that! In spite of the fact that Soul Eater is his weapon of choice when it comes to actively fighting, his wooden sword is still his. It feels wrong not to have it--and when it came to cleaning up from the evening's practice and he couldn't find it...!]

WHAT THE HELL VERA

[But unfortunately, he can't run over there immediately. Dante has to help finish cleaning up, leaving only when Tatsuo locks up the dojo for the night, but then you'd better believe he's jumping in his car and coming over to Vera's place.

KNOCK KNOCK VERA. VENGEANCE HAS ARRIVED.]

[Vera will just open the door casually with only the biggest shit-eating grin on her face. She's so proud of this little bout of dorkery. If Retrospec is going to make her do this dumb stuff, she may as well have some fun with it.]

Heyyy Dante... what brings you to my neck of the woods? [Awkward chuckle.]

You know exactly why I'm here, you swordnapper.

[If Vera's going to be a dork, he's going to be a dork as well. Time to use that height of his against her! He's going to try and scoop her up and toss her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes so that he can stride right into her apartment in search of his missing sword.]

Time to talk--what'd you do with it?

Ahh! Noo!!

[She'll squirm and kick her legs until he's inside, then just... accept her fate. You win this time, Height.]

I'll never talk!!

Alison - Happy Little Trees

[Vera sits on the bench outside the library, fidgeting with a small wrapped box in her hands. Aside from a couple quick texts throughout the morning to know exactly when she would be available, the heiress has done her best to keep her distance from Alison until they meet up. The last thing she wants is to smother the girl while trying to apologize for being a creep. Still, she can't help but be incredibly nervous. What if she doesn't forgive her? What if she screws up and says something stupid? She barely even knows how to talk to people normally, how do you talk to someone when you got drunk and hit on them at a party? Maybe this wasn't a good idea after all.]

[The party had been awkward at points, but Alison's got a good enough head on her shoulders to not be too offended by Vera's behavior. She'd be lying though, if she said she wasn't a bit wary. She isn't sure what to expect with this apology.

She shows up anyway, spotting Vera at the bench and heading over. She'd decided she was at least going to hear her out, and Alison held to her word. Besides, she doesn't like awkward. Awkward gets way too complicated.]

Hey.

[Vera gives her a small smile, standing up as Alison came near. Part of her didn't even think she would show up, and honestly, she wouldn't blame her. It's so easy to close out people you don't want to deal with. Vera's done it herself her whole life, but clearly Alison likes her enough that she still wants to give her some time. That's... a good sign, right?]

Hey Alison. Thanks for coming by, I know you're really busy...

[seeker]

I've got the time.

[A brief flash of a smile.] And hey, relax. I'm not going to bite your head off.

[heiroglyphs]

[A smile is encouraging, and the joke draws a small laugh.]

That's... a huge relief, actually. I was pretty dumb, so it'd kind of be warranted.

Minako - Roller Race

Hey Minako, feel like taking some of those cupcakes of yours to the boardwalk? I could use a friend to walk around with.

Also, do you know anything about rollerskating?

uhh I don't know very much, only that it's a little like skating, which I...think I'm okay at?

Then you know about as much as I do. This should be fun.

I will never not be ready for cupcakes.
And that is a problem.
I'll just have to stick to salads for a week after to make up for it.
