Bingo/Other June Stuff Catchall! [OPEN]

WHO: Kurt Wagner and Yooouuuu?!
WHERE: All around town!
WHEN: From July 3rd onwards... pretty much a catchall for the first half of the month
WHAT: Kurt's adventures as he attempts to fill out his bingo card and also has to deal with having a weird power, different from the weird power he was already getting used to.
WARNINGS: None yet, will update if necessary

A. You Know the Rules

[Kurt Wagner goes door to door, with a fancy-looking book of lyrics in hand. And he's also wearing a Santa hat. Because might as well go for full ridiculousness, right?

He'll knock on pretty much anyone's door, whether he knows them or not. And once they open? He'll sway in imitation of Rick Astley himself and begin to sing.]

We're no strangers to love...
You know the rules, and so do I!

[Yes, of course he's singing "Never Gonna Give You Up". Except that he's singing it in a style that actually sounds more like this song.

Of course, your character doesn't have to be the one answering the door. They can join if they want! Or try to file a complaint]

B. Classic Rock

[Kurt has made his way out to the lake located within Recolle Woods. And he's ready to practice some stone-throwing!

He picks up a rock with a smirk and tries throwing it right at the water! ...Except it proceeds to sink in without bouncing once.

After a few similar tries, Kurt groans and pulls at his hair in frustration.]

Aw, c'mon! It's always so easy on tv!

C. Role Models

[Even with all of the running around he's doing for this damn bingo game, Kurt still makes time for his first modeling photoshoot. And so, one morning you can find him outside a building in Tisse where modeling shoots happen. For once, Kurt is dressed in clothes that seem genuinely trendy, and he's even wearing a belt! But as the shoot's time draws closer, he looks at his reflection in his iphone and frets loudly]

Oh man, oh man... Come on, Kurt. You can do this. You can do this!

D. Wildcard

I dunno, man... You're not a stranger, so that disqualifies some of them... and I doubt you'd want to pull off a prank on an authority figure... You have any siblings?

Hm... I have siblings.

But they're not on the app. Do you think that still counts?

You do? Well... It doesn't say that they have to be on the app, so I bet it would totally still count!

I have two older brothers and an older sister.

Whoa, talk about a full house! ...Any of them I can talk to?

They're all older than me, so they don't live here anymore.

... My sister is still in town.

Yesss! That should do the trick! Is she a fan of the show? [That would be one way to make the meeting organic.]

She watched the couple of episodes that I was in.

[Nobody knows about his family issues, after all.

He disappears into his room for a moment for a notecard, before writing down his sister's number on it.]

I don't know when she gets up, so calling in the afternoons is better.

[He nods to acknowledge that and responds with his most grateful smile.]

Who are you friends with?

Um, a bunch of people. Dave Strider, Ari Alessandro, Ann Takamaki, Eleanor Lamb, Prompto Argentum, Don Maxwell, Bucky Barnes, Anya, and that's just a few of them... It's the 'friend of a friend' thing, right?

[glaciers]

You know more people than I do. I know Dave and Anya though, so that'll work.

... What do you like doing?

I guess I have a magnetic personality? But hey, that should work!

Um... well mostly video games, watching tv and movies, chilling on the web, shooting some b-ball, skating the ol' board... and I've been trying to pick up some comics lately too.

I think Anya knows everybody...

I like comic books and anything that involves superheroes. The gym isn't bad, but I wouldn't call it a hobby. Sleep?

[digthefuzz]

I'm pretty sure of the exact same thing. [He says with not a trace of any doubt.]

Well... sleeping's pretty legit! [He laughs.] And I wouldn't knock the gym - I guess I really should hit that up more often! It's cool that you're down with comics too. [Especially since life has been starting to feel like a comic book.] Superheroes are totally boss!

[glaciers]

I don't think sleeping counts as hanging out. The gym's been pretty useful. Especially when I was tiny.

[More likely to get a bigger part. That's just how it seems to be most of the time.]

Who's your favorite superhero?

[digthefuzz]

Right, it doesn't count as hanging out. But it's still a good thing to do? [He offers with a shrug.

And then he thinks over superheroes.]

I used to be all about Lieutenant Mystery, but I think that the Jokester's really been growing on me! I'm not the most seasoned comic guy, though... Sometimes I feel like a total newb!

[glaciers]

There's a comic book shop not far from here.

[He quietly slips out of the door and locks it behind him.]

Jokester is very good. When it comes to battles with depression, I like the 2012 run of Falconeye. It can get heavy but it's balanced with the other Falconeye.

... My favorite is Captain Might. He saves people with a smile. Just his presence seems comforting. But it's getting harder and harder for him. He was critically injured, but he's trying to continue his hero work without letting anybody know.

Since comic books are what they are, he'll probably die and be revived in peak condition soon.
