[ Sitting in the shade after getting carried there, with someone buying him ice cream. Which one of the is the screwed up one?? ]

[ And he is, with chocolate for Ritsu and lemon for himself, and two bottles of water. He sets the water down first. ]

Drink, then ice cream.

You keep saying that.

[Okay...Mao likes to nag the point into the ground huh?]

Okay, I'll be here.

[Ritsu moves to pull his phone out but sets it down when he sees Mao return.]

...Okay Maakun.

[He takes the water and opens it.]

[ Yeah he does, it's his charm point. He can also take a point, though, so he holds his tongue for now. Memories or not, in this life Ritsu's still practically a stranger.

He's also... actually listening. Mao's kind of surprised when he sees Ritsu drink instead of going straight for the ice cream. ]

Are you feeling any better?

[Ritsu can listen when needed plus part of him knows they were friends.]

Mn, a little yes.

[He takes the ice cream now, since it was melting.]

[ Mao's not ready to lean too hard on that friendship yet but it's not like any of his other friends listen to him that much either. He sits across from Ritsu with his own ice cream. ]

That's good! Are you thinking of heading back to the beach after?

[Seeming a lot more cool now he laps up one side of his ice cream before he tilts his head.]

Not sure...it's really hot. What about you?

I'm meeting somebody here tonight so I'm going to be hanging out here for most of the day, yeah, but probably not in the sun the entire time. I might head to the arcade, it's air conditioned and it's not too expensive to kill some time in there.

[ Mao got his in a dish, cones are too messy, but he's still not in any hurry to finish. ]

Oh? What is happening tonight?

...what kind of games do they have?

[He has his interest. Ritsu continues licking the ice cream though some is on his face.]

A friend of mine is meeting me here for some more bingo stuff. He doesn't like coming out in the sunshine either.

[ Mizuki's delicate but at least he acknowledges it. ]

I dunno, arcade games? There's a couple racing ones, DDR, at least one fighting game, pinball, skeeball...

Oh? Hm...sounds familiar.

[Though he won't say the name just yet since Secchan does yell at him.]

Sounds like fun.

Yeah, you guys would probably get along that way.

[ Though he can't imagine Mizuki getting along with anybody this needy. Mizuki can be really caring but he doesn't let people take advantage of him. ]

You wanna come? You probably shouldn't be back in the sun for a while anyway.

... Sena. Mizuki Sena.

[ He's not expecting Ritsu to know him. If they knew each other, he'd've heard of Ritsu before, right? ]

Sure, why not? It's a free country. I hope you brought some of your own money, though.

[Ritsu just smirks as he looks to Mao.]

Oh, Secchan~

[Finishing off his cone he stretches with a small yawn.]

I have money...I'm not that helpless.

[chuusai]

[ Mao just... stares. ]

Secchan? Secchan?

Have you called him that to his face?

[strayknight]

[Nodding almost proud of himself.]

Yep~ Secchan is Secchan.

[ Mao has to laugh at that. That's kind of amazing. ]

I can't believe he just let you give him a nickname. How long have you known him?

Hmm, not long but we know each other in memories though...I think we were part of the same unit.

He still yells at me though.

Yeah, he yells at everybody. Don't take it personally. It's how he shows he cares.

[ At least that's what Mao tells himself, otherwise it's hard to believe he's even friends with Mizuki most of the time. ]

He is...a Tsun as someone said I know. Though he seems to really not like me~

[Ritsu is pretty sure that's the truth for now at least.]

He storms off from me a lot.

A tsun? People use that word in real life?

[ It's his mangas coming to life right before his eyes. Who knew it'd be Mizuki acting them out. ]

Just follow him. It'll piss him off even more so he'll feel obligated to yell at you, but it means he's still talking.

Guess so since someone used it to describe him.

So basically follow him no matter what? How do you know him?

[ He has to know. ]

Yeah. You have to wear him down. It's not going to seem like it's working but I swear, I'm not fucking with you. We've been friends for a really long time, I know him pretty well.

This girl I talk to a lot.

[He won't give a name since he doesn't want Sena to come at her.]

...so you have this down to a science...really?

[ Mao finishes the end of his cone, lifting his eyebrows at Ritsu. ]

If you talk to her so much, why didn't she tell you to bring sunscreen?

[ He doesn't mean it in a mean way, but really. ]

Yeah. He's older than me but that's never made a huge difference but it means I have lots of practice.
