[Semi-Closed] Bingo Catch-All

WHAT: A general catch-all log for the bingo game
WARNINGS: Nothing so far except some embarassing and stupid moments for the college professor

(OOC: So this is a catch-all log for Augustine Sauveterre's bingo antics. Starters will be below this post.

[In the water he clings to his board and watches the other move out. He nods with a sigh.]

Okay...you do it first.

[megabond]

[Augustine becomes confused at Ritsu's sudden hesitation to move. He knows that this is his first time he ever surfs, but he knows the water isn't bad. Although, he appreciates the headstart.

Then once he reaches the wave, he slowly stands up as his board starts to surf the waves. At first, he almost falls into the water due to his rusty balance, but thankfully, he manages to recover as he pushes his board through them.]

[strayknight]

[It's more than Ritsu isn't a fan of the water...and he wants to study by example of this. So he can watch the right technique.

Paddling out himself, he watches the other move then notices the balance issues and makes notes. Moving towards his own wave, he attempts to stand on the board.]

[megabond]

[After a few seconds of standing on his surfboard, Augustine decides to go back down and paddles out of the dispersing wave as he rejoins Ritsu.]

Well, that's only a small taste for me. There's another one coming here, so maybe it's your turn now.

[strayknight]

[Ritsu decides it is now or never, he paddles out towards the wave and stands up on his board.]

Okay.

[As the wave comes he gets onto his knees before the board starts to move.]

[megabond]

[As Ritsu tries to move his board, Augustine stays in his spot to make sure he manages to watch what he is doing.]

As soon you reach the wave, try to keep your balance as you stand up, okay?

[strayknight]

[He hears what the other advises it's just a matter of getting the balance. With a shaking movement he manages to stand and watches as he moves over the water.]

[megabond]

[Well, Augustine is rusty back there, but he never expects that Ritsu has problems when it comes to balance. Though he is learning after all. At this point, he prepares himself in case the young man needs help.]

[strayknight]

[He usually doesn't...but water moving around under you doesn't help. Ritsu rides for a few moments and then wipes out, hitting the water.]

[megabond]

[When he sees Ritsu literally wipes out, Augustine just sighs in dismay to this. Guess that means he needs a bit more practice. With that, he paddles to his side to check on him.]

Are you alright?

[strayknight]

[The beach is not Ritsu's favorite place...so forgive him.

Holding the board he coughs a little and looks a lot like a drowned cat.]

yeah...somehow.

[megabond]

[Seeing that he's okay, Augustine offers his hand to him to help him get back to his board.]

Don't worry. Just keep practicing on your balance. You'll get it eventually.

[strayknight]

[Taking it he holds the board and gets back on, shaking his head light from side to side to get some water off of his face before rubbing his face.]

I feel like this might not be...my sport.

[megabond]

That's alright. But now that you've mentioned it, I feel we should try a short race to finish this square.

How about that the first one who manages to finish the wave wins? Is that alright?

[strayknight]

Yeah, let's do that you are better than me.

Deal.

[megabond]

[Once that is said and done, Augustine decides to go first as he paddles his way to another growing wave. When he arrives there, he stands up and starts riding the waves on his surfboard while avoid losing his balance.]

[strayknight]

[Coughing a little as a wave back splashes at him, he watches the other.]

[megabond]

[Like before, Augustine is struggling to keep his balance on the board, but after a few minutes, he manages to survive the wave as he drops down and paddles back to Ritsu as the wave dies out.]

Well, that was somehow better than before. I think another one is coming just for you, Ritsu.

[strayknight]

[Ritsu already feels it in his bones, he's going to lose this match.]

Okay...got it.

[Paddling out he moves to follow how Augustine did it. Standing up on his board he rides the wave though wobbly at first.]

[megabond]

[As always, Augustine stays on his surfboard to watch Ritsu's progress.]

Remember! Just focus on your balance before moving forward!

[strayknight]

[Balance...easy to say. Still he manages to stay on until the end...where he clings to the board like a cat.]

[megabond]

[Judging Ritsu's current position, he has a feeling that he might fall into the water once more. Yet he sighs in relief once he sees that he made it through. Although, he still needs to paddle to him to help him recover.]

Are you okay?

[strayknight]

[He might but at least he is clinging to the board for now.]

Yeah, you win. This is hard.

[megabond]

It's alright. At least you tried your best.

[Afterward, he escorts the young man back to shore as he gives him time to recover.]

[strayknight]

You think?

[He kind of likes being praised for that honestly...

Following back to shore, Ritsu moves to sit on the sand.]
