WHO: Kaiba, and whoever is involved in con preparations
WHERE: AROUND
WHEN: Throughout the whole of June and July
WHAT: Con preparations! Everything that goes on behind the scenes and stuff, leading on from this Retrospec post.
WARNINGS: None!


( This is mostly for closed threads that are arising out of con preparations on the admin side such as staff interviews, discussion of con sponsorships and scheduling and events etc. just so that everything happens in one place, I can track what's going on, and I'm not running around to 10,000 different inboxes while threading. I'll be creating specific starters and top levels for everything that happens as and when it comes in! You'll see what I mean :3

( nervous doesn't even begin to cover how he feels. he had to swallow down an intense amount of anxiety just to contact this person by e-mail, carefully crafting each e-mail to make sure he doesn't sound too stupid or inexperienced. he's really excited for this sort of opportunity, so he hopes to land it. with this in mind, when he shows up to finally meet kaiba, he also comes with a folder of his own. )

( a polite nod of his head before placing his own folder down on the desk. it's important for him to show that he's as serious as anyone else is about his work. he's even put on a stupid suit to come see him. he's that level of nervous. ) I also brought these for you in case you'd like to see some newer examples of my work.

Not at all. I've never attended a convention before and my only experience with conferences would be streams from gaming conventions. A group of people assigned to a location and dedicated to providing coverage through video reports and news articles?
