WHAT: Researching blueprints, discussing plans to investigate further, plotting of a more clandestine nature.

Chloe, as she had told a few people, was easily found during her off hours at the public library in Recolle. She wasn't hard to find, though she'd backed herself in against a wall, so that she could see anyone who happened to be approaching and conceal some of the things that she was looking at if she didn't know them for certain.

Anyone happening across her was going to find architectural books and drafting books around her (two of them at least yellow-bound and labeled 'for Dummies.'). She seemed to be looking over a set of blueprints, though only two of the documents were really of importance to her, both hidden until she was sure someone was a person she knew as they approached. The rest were there for practice.

She was doing a lot of frowning today, but didn't seem to be in too bad of a mood, just very busy, and a little cagey. Thankfully it was a quiet enough part of the library that a low whisper could be heard without bothering any patrons. It was a beautiful, gray day outside. People weren't usually in the library on days like this.

His eyes wandered to the familiar shaped of his workplace. "Can I take a look at it? There might be differences worth noting."

Did it have to do with what he found in the back rooms? Were these places they had to investigate to find the truth?

"We can look for old city maps together. I have access to the museum stacks and university library."

She hadn't even thought about the fact that Mohammed knew the place inside and out like that. Slipping it over towards him, he would definitely be able to see a full and detailed layout of what was going on in the building. "If you see anything of interest, I'd appreciate knowing. Considering that they've hidden things between the cracks, I am almost expecting every old building in the city to have secret rooms now."

"It would not hurt, certainly. Perhaps one of the old maps might have something, or at least identify the oldest buildings in the city. You mentioned a video after all."

(OOC: Keeping things vague as to what she finds can be sought in the museum. Mods are still working out the details. Should hopefully hear back soon.)

"Yes, but the video was hidden someplace we can't reach at our current state." He was lucky to have found something that week. How would their inability to see colors help them find a secret location this time?

"I can see what we have in the archives and get back to you. Otherwise, I can check the map for discrepancies."

She took the map out and pointed towards a room listed as 'archives.' It was tucked deep in the basement, out of the way of the other archived exhibit rooms. This was apparently the one that she found most noteworthy and unusual.

"This is the room I was looking at. The trick is deciding between trying to get in during the day or night. If you happen to visit in the basement, you could check and see perhaps what security is used on it, if it is visible. Basic things that do not come with a risk." She was not sure what his job there was, after all, and didn't want to assume.

"There's a form I need to fill out indicating what I'm supposed to take from there. If I were a manager, I could write it out, but as it is...I'm not sure what she would say. I could ask for something in the same area and sneak out. They trust me."

Here he was, top student, law-abiding citizen, all-around responsible guy volunteering for crime. It was to investigate Retrospec, he told himself. This was justified.

He was going to find that the archive room she was indicating came with a key-pad lock, separate from the others, and likely not one that he had the code for. However, the outside could definitely be cased to an extent. "Ok. If you wish to get some information on this room without actually breaking in, I would appreciate it. Anything that could simplify getting in and out without attracting unwanted attention. We're looking for information on Retrospec, nothing else." unless it was a serious matter that couldn't be ignored, but that could wait.

(OOC: Key-pad confirmed by the mods. Verifying what the point expenditure I'm allocating to the plot will result for the thread that is coming.

If you have ideas specifically on figuring out the keycode, rather than using the ducts to get inside, I'll hear them out.)
