That's all well and good, and Tenmei usually keeps good on his promises, but all the same, Dio doesn't quite feel like entertaining a stranger by himself today. Yet onward he goes, towards the meeting spot - a bar that Dio himself frequents. He knows what Jotaro looks like, at least, so there's some awkwardness that he doesn't have to navigate. Upon finding the bar, he sees Jotaro outside. Smoking. )

No Tenmei in sight, Jotaro muses, a bit sour he seems to have left him alone in the company of Dio.

( Just a question, of course. He pulls the door open and scopes the place out; it's nearly empty, and as well it should be on a Tuesday afternoon. Dio leads Jotaro to the bar and seats himself there. )
