Togusa was already planning to come along, but when he found out that it was Mrs. Wolf in charge? Nothing was going to keep him away. He did want to speak to the woman (and hope and pray that Bigby doesn't punch him for it). While he expects that Bigby will be there to speak for the Department, he'll show up anyway.

Next to the refreshments, he drops a stack of Dr. Lucian Trevelyan's business cards. "In regards to the physical changes, I've been advising anyone who comes across them to take Dr. Trevelyan and Dr. Suttcliffe up on their offer to examine people. They're on the network, and they've shown discretion in what they've found so far. Seem to be pretty good at coming up with excuses for school and work, too."

Togusa finds a seat and he is practically clinging to his travel coffee mug. "Currently we're limited in what we can do about Retrospec, since there's not enough evidence that we can show to the Department to warrant a formal investigation." He tilts his mug at the board. "Pick a topic, let's see where we go from there." Because, frankly, Togusa has thoughts on all of it.
