On a particular bench in Recolle Square, Souji sits down to enjoy the world, but something's off about him today. Just... something. Perhaps it's the the silver hair and the silver eyes as yes, those stand out, but wait.... what are thooooose!!
Thick old man frames. Suspenders. Corduroy pants. Bowtie. Wooden cane. Wrinkles drawn on. Eyes squinting. Mouth smacking. A bag of bird seed.
"Ahh... the days of my youth... like the scent of fresh lemons, you see."
Oh no... he's been transformed into an old man... come help him, you whippersnapper. (Yes, he's talking to you! About his fresh lemons and all...)

Okay, so Souji's out of his old man costume now but he still has the silver hair and eyes. Unfortunately, it looks like those were real and part of his physical appearance regains. Yay... Oh joy... But Souji's not going to let it get him down. In fact, he has some free time and a sense of humour to spare, so he walks around, with a cardboard sign hanging around his neck that reads:

Souji has been wary about posting and talking about Retrospec and any information about them over the network. Of course, announcing that he's going to be at a specific location to discuss the company over the network isn't any better, but there's not too much he could do about that, especially when the app is on every possible electronic device. He'll probably figure out a better way at asking people to share info with him, but for now, looks like this is the way to go.
He sticks out like a sore thumb, with his new silver hair, but he just patiently waits, sitting on the edge of the fountain. When someone does approach, he gets up and raises his hand in a wave.

Anything is game! When Souji is not doing anything of the above, he's just wandering around the city, probably feeding strays or something. Come and bother him!

It is no trouble. I understand. In cases of novel presentation, the protocol would be to test for anything that might be anomalous. [ The cost is another thing, but Lucian charges only for consumables and a small flat fee so he can pay for utilities and his own food. ] I usually send my samples to the hospital to process, so the results will be sent to you in a few days.
[ With that, he picks up his stethoscope and hangs it around his neck. ]

Thank you. [ Souji truly is grateful for Lucian's help. Honestly, he doesn't mind paying for the check up and everything. He does work so he has enough money and he'd really rather make sure that he's completely fine. It'd give him some peace of mind. ]

Lately... it's not as bad as before, but I have to admit that I'm still stressed these days.
[ For the past ten years, Souji has been both miserable and stressed, with the divorce, high expectations of his mother, and all that she wanted him to do. It's better now that he's away from her and he's with his brother, but the stress of applying for university, wondering if their mother will move him again, and with all these Retrospec things happening lately, it's still a headache.

The basic parameters that we have done all fall within normal for your age. I would chalk this one up to Retrospec shenanigans, perhaps compounded by your stress levels. However, it is exceedingly rare for someone of your age to have grey hair according to biological survey. If you do not have a family history of premature greying, then it is not likely to be due to a disease.
[ Lucian takes the tip of his ponytail to show it to Souji. There's traces of blond at the end. ]
My white hair was due to stress, but I had very light hair when I was younger. Your change is more drastic than mine.

Retrospec shenanigans... [ Souji places a hand on his chin as he thinks. ] Is there any possible way that Retrospec could cause a change like this without any direct contact? I did receive a personalised letter from them, but I also shared that letter with a few other individuals.

Have you heard of the theory of the soul, Souji? It is the theory of an identifier that can be tagged to a person that is unrelated to DNA information or appearance. They seem to be transmitting information via a method that is untraceable with current sensors, I have tried.

I have approached these matters with the eye of an investigator, but they have mostly turned out nothing. All we can do now is wait and observe.
