We managed to figure out that I can't set fire with these sparks or sparkles or whatever they are so no more worry about that.

[ though... she quickly reaches out for a free paper cup full of water as they pass by a booth, quickly thanking the owner along the way, in case they need it for future emergencies. last thing they (she, really) need to do is set things on fire during a sunny day at the beach. talk about a recipe for disaster.
