[ Paranoia is not a new feeling for Leon. Ever since he became a victim to Retrospec, he's constantly living in fear of what dangerous thing might happen next. However, this sense of trepidation feels much more frightening than anything else, even if he can't quite put his finger as to why he feels like this.
But because of his pride, Leon didn't want to make it seem as though something was bothering him but he's definitely not the best at hiding his emotions. As he's carving a pumpkin, a strained look plagues his face and in the midst, he ends up carving a derpy looking pumpkin. While it's not scary, it's not exactly cute and is certainly enough for his hair to suddenly turn silver. ]
... Don't you dare make a comment about my hair.
[ Or the pumpkin. Art is not his forte!!! ]
▶ option two.
[ How anyone was able to drag him onto the hay ride is anyone's guess but somehow, he's here, sitting on a bundle of hay with a very annoyed expression on his face. This has to be the most boring thing he's ever been a part of. Come on Retrospec, he knows you can do better than that.
Then suddenly, the horse changes into something terrifying and then the ride goes from zero to one hundred pretty quickly. In the midst of all the panic, Leon stares blankly at the monster horses before raising an eyebrow at this entire scene. ]
... Jesus.
[ It might be a little alarming that's all he has to say on the matter? What an underreaction. ]
▶ option three.
[ Unfortunately for Leon, things get even worse for him when night falls. Infect. Multiply. Destroy. are the only thoughts that run through his mind. Those words consume his mind and he is no longer able to restrain himself.
Should any poor unfortunate soul happen to be walking around in the city at night, you will be approached by Leon, who is wearing a casual jacket with the hoodie thrown over his head, making it somewhat difficult to see his face, but if you happen to know him, it's easy to recognize him by his voice alone. Another strange factor for anyone that knows his tastes, might find it odd that he's not in his usual prep attire and is actually donning something informal.
Also don't mind the fact that he's suspiciously hiding his hands in his pockets. To make matters worse, he's also got a threatening tone in his voice. ]
Excuse me, have you seen a white poodle anywhere? My dog seems to have gotten loose.
[ This is most definitely not a trap. Have no fear.]
▶ option four.
[ The cat is out of the bag— or well, more like demonic werewolf in this case. Once he fully reveals himself, it's evident that the infection has consumed him. Though he's still recognizable as Leon Zhong, most of his humanity has been stripped away. Red, demon horns protrude from the side of his head and his ears resemble a wolf's. Along with that, his finger nails have grown sharp, making his hands look like vicious claws. The last notable change is when he smirks at his prey, his sharp fangs become visible.
Not only does he look different, but these changes have had an effect on his personality as well. Although Leon was already an arrogant asshole, there's something about him that seems much more malicious than when he was human. The look in his eyes make it seem like he's thrilled to corner his prey.
Infect. Multiply. Destroy.
Infect. Multiply. Destroy.
Infect. Multiply. Destroy.
Those words repeat in his mind making any care and concern that he might have had disappear. Whether your character happened to be his target or if you happened to walk in on him preying on an NPC, this area is a huge dangerzone and unless you are another patient zero here to help him, you better run. ]
▶ option five.
[ It's a bad idea to give Leon five floating swords in the first place, but it's an even worse idea to let him wield said swords in his current state.
If you are unfortunate to encounter him in the dead of night, he smiles before it turns into a devious smirk and suddenly five flying swords float from behind him and are pointed in your direction. Being the cause of the perilious situation causes Leon to let out a laugh that borderlines maniacal. ]
Hmm, having you cornered this easily is almost kind of boring.
[ Suddenly, he's struck with an idea. It's definitely the demon side of him that's taking over. ]
Why don't I strike a deal with you? I'll give you a head start on running and if you by some miracle manage to get away from me, then I'll let you go. However... [ a beat. ] I can assure you, there's no way you'll be able to escape from me.

[ There's something stern and angry, but it's not entirely directed towards Leon himself. If she has to do something about it, she absolutely will. But she doesn't want to. She doesn't want to have to. ]

But unfortunately... he's already pretty far gone but he does at least recognize that the person who walked in on them is Mio.
Which might not be that great of a thing either, to be honest. ]

[ There's something about the way he says my almost makes him sound... possessive. His interest on the poor NPC disappears and his attention is instead focused on Mio as he takes a step closer to her. Though the look in his eyes is definitely predatory. ]

[ She can hear the possessiveness in his voice and while normally she wouldn't mind it, this time she's feeling a little on edge because she can pretty much see how different he is like this.
But she doesn't take a step back, or move much at all, in fact-- all she does is simply stand her ground, eyes narrowed at him, knowing just how careful she has to be. ]

[ The scariest part of all this, is that he says it without any remorse. It's as if any morality he had left in him was gone.
To make things even more unnerving, he steps so close to Mio that she might be able to feel his hot breath. His fingers lace into her hair and even in this state, he's gentle as he runs his hand through her silky smooth hair. ]
... Infect. Multiply. Destory. It's what I'm suppossed to do, Mio.

[ To her, it wasn't obvious in the slightest bit, but it's when he touches her hair that she finds herself slapping his hand away from her, immediately jumping back. ]

[ There isn't even a single hint of hesitation as she says those few words in what seems to be an angry tone. But there's something about her voice that seems to shake-- it's a sign of weakness, but she's trying her best to show otherwise.

[ The hand that was reaching out to her pocket then gives up on fighting and starts to slip off the ring from her finger. ]

[ He pauses for a moment, feeling his own voice trembling. The scariest part of all this is that he doesn't know what's going on. Why he suddenly said all of those harsh things. ]
Mio.... I... [ pause. ] I don't know what's wrong with me. There's a voice in my head telling me to infect...
[ Nervously, he swallows hard and shakes his head, as if he were trying to shut the voice up. ]
There's nothing wrong with being selfish because I am as well. I just want to have you all to myself...
