(this is what you get when you leave eren to man 20% of decorations!! there’s freedom everywhere!!)

all over the mochi residence, on a fine monday morning— movement happens to get elliot out of the house and these guys to work. gold and black balloons dangle from the ceilings with curly strings attached, costumes hang around by the door to choose from to get in the revolution mood, hamilton themed decorations, food, food, and more food— it’s a small party for a big deal.

fruit parfaits and bowls of vanilla spaghettieis are spread out for the quaint number of people to be there over the main table, all vibrantly jousting the gold and black theme. in the middle is pizza, hawaiian, kept warm to eat as they pleased, and even a cake later ready to light up with a 19 candle on it. and these things.

they were supposed to take him to concerts, but here’s the next best thing: bringing the concert to him 👏 mingle and put any gifts next to the food table at FREEDOM CORNER, and let us feast for elliot craig’s 19th birthday.

[ Akira never thought that just a simple suggestion would actually become something so big, so it's hard not to indulge in the good vibes. His chest swells with bits of pride and pockets as happiness to see that they've done their friend right and, most importantly, their friend is enjoying himself wholeheartedly. He places a hand on Elliot's shoulder, patting it once. ]

Happy birthday, Elliot. I'm going to head to the kitchen.

[ And Escape from Eren. Quick, nimble, and every word in the dictionary, Akira disappears. Bye. ]

[ this was all very, very worth it. eren swells with satisfaction when elliot’s reactions just keep on giving— he’s warm, and bubbly, and while he’s probably tomato red, it was, again, all really worth it. eren’s hand goes to elliot’s opposite shoulder, squeezing until it affectionately finds the back of his head and rubs at his hair.

but eren is true to his word, always. ]

And I’m going after a traitor.

[ for five seconds, and he will return!! planting a kiss right onto elliot’s lips, eren turns to catch up to akira and probably stick some ice cream spaghettis down his neck. ]

[He gives a little laugh as he kisses Eren back and watch Akira and Eren disappear in the kitchen. Yep. those two were the same as ever.
