WHAT: breaking blocks by moonlight, egging Minato's house by daylight. A catchall for all of Akira's doings and some open prompts for anyone else who wants to join in! [ For the sake of this prompt working, we're going to pretend either Junes or Freshens has a small food court area since a handful of big grocery stores do. Akira is merely enjoying his meal at one of the tables, checking through his phone at the tasks at hand. Overall, nondescript. Unassuming. Harmless. Look at him? He looks like a nerd?

Shifting his glasses up the bridge of his nose, a bright glint shines across the lenses... As if he has an idea. If you even a blink, you'll find a plate of spaghetti flying straight at your face. This is the first move—it's a call for war. ]

Guess what mystery it is today? Akira is investigating this abandoned place of worship. While all the establishments in this section of Tribunal Terrace is pristine and taken care of well, they've left this relic somewhere in the corner. It's hard to discern what background this building has and records say it was used for a number of religions, hence the odd array of decor inside. There are warning signs in the front (KEEP OUT), some mention that it'll be restored or torn down, but it waits there...

With some of the sky painted, it's actually dark, blanketing the are in pitch black. Even when Akira raises his flashlight, what they find are outlines of the worn down building. ]

I heard that people died here, some possibly related cult activity. [ He scrolls through his phone, picking up the rumor and mystery here. ] This forum says that sometimes you can hear cries here at night, something between man and beast.

[ Yes. They're going to unveil this mystery and figure what the hell this is or die. Whichever comes first. ]

[ Hit me with anything!! Even gen things. It's important to note that Akira is shaken by the disappearances of NPCs, but he's doing his best to keep it together and be reliable. On some days he'll naturally withdraw and keep to himself. ]

[ Wow. Stop rushing him? It only takes a second before he finishes up his own carton. The carton itself is dumped in Jamie and Minato's trash bin that's outside this Thursday.

We could have egged someone else's place. [ It is a little mean, but it's all about having fun with what you have—but the tasks. ] At least the tasks are easy...

[ Shoulders drooping, he slides his hands into his pockets. ]

We'll have to keep at it if we want to bring everyone else back.

We really could have. It's just our friends it'll be okay.

[ This is better than egging the homes of your teachers and bosses. Surely Jamie and Minato will understand. They're nice people. ]

I'm worried about everyone who had family members disappear on them.

[ Nanashi's fine but........everyone else had someone important go missing.]

[ Since they're done, they can start walking elsewhere now, leaving this scene of disaster behind. Letting out a sigh, he considers this, too. ]

I was worried when my parents disappeared, but they're versatile... There are definitely others heavily affected by this.

[ Yusuke, Goro, etc. Mama's boys and family people altogether—everyone is affected, actually. Even though some friends are off the app, seeing them disappear gave him a visceral reaction at first. Deep breaths. ]

That's right. Your parents aren't on the app. Shit, we gotta get everyone back soon.

[He's always been on his own anyways. This isn't really new. Nanashi makes a dismissive gesture with his fingers. ]

They aren't, but they've always been fine on their own.

[ They're those parents—it doesn't stop Akira from worrying in the back of his mind. It might drive him crazy eventually on top of everything else, but he's cool for now. ]

No, I wouldn't say there's a problem with that unless you think there's a problem. It might even be a good thing.

[ Nanashi can stay focused is what Akira is thinking. ]

You must be so concerned about them... Sounds like they'll be able to manage themselves, though.

[ Nanashi thinks it's a good thing, yeah. He can just carry on with life as it is. ]

Yep, I'll be fine like this. No one's going to kill me because I've been picking fights with yakuza.

[ He nods. His parents have always held it out, even when they had financial problems in the past. Survivors, the whole family. While Yakuza isn't too surprising, especially when Nanashi has already confessed about his father's background.

[ Don't worry. Akira trusts him to take care of himself. Plus, Nanashi is already dead. ]

Yeah, I'll be careful. Can't let my guard down even though the city's like this.

[He nods. Nanashi's reckless and stupid sometimes, but he's learning how to break out of these habits. He won't start fights without good reason now. ]

If I get in trouble I can just call for help. You've got my back, dude. We'll make it through somehow.

I'll have your back, but I can't promise you that I'll always be here.

[ He doesn't mean this in a bad way... Solemn, he's thinking back on the friends he gained and the friends he lost. They would have the app, chat with him, and before he knows it they would be off... Not understanding a thing.

They only give him these pitiable looks, apologetic because they don't know what he's talking about. Just remembering it makes his mind feel heavy, mood dropping. ]

Sorry. [ He knocks on his own head to get him out of that state. ] I'll always be there, Nanashi. Still. Stay out of trouble if you can.

What kind of answer is that, Akira? Nanashi can tell that Akira's feeling some level of uncertainty. He'll line face in return for half a second. Then Nanashi comes in closer so he can try to pinch Akira's cheek. ]


You deserved that.

[He doesn't even feel any remorse for pinching so hard. ]

[ He didn't see this coming, so Nanashi gets to pinch his cheek. Flinching, he bats his hand away. Stop this.

Stop this and come over here. He puts Nanashi into a headlock. Goodbye, child. He feels no remorse torturing a high schooler. ]

What the hell? I didn't know you were so tough.

[ Nanashi's just grumbling as Akira goes in for the headlock. He's so surprised by Akira's strength.]

I dare you to try that again. [rest in pieces??? ]

I don't need to try again when you're already in my clutches.

[ He tightens his hold!! It's not to strangle, but it does make it uncomfortable. ]

[ Nanashi tries to wrestle his way out of Akira's grip and then fails. Why are they being like this???]

Hey, big guy!! Think fast!

[ He'll try to pinch Akira's side with all his might. ]

[ No. Stop That. Akira writhes a bit, but tries to keep his cool. His body tenses in attempts to steel himself for the slight tickle and the stinging pain.

He's fine. Totally fine. He's going to just shake Nanashi viciously back and forth like a rag doll. ]

[ THEY'RE NOT GONNA STOP...because they're immature. Someone else needs to be the intervention. Akira can throttle Nanashi like that for a bit. He stumbles back and nearly headbutts Akira by accident.

Akira releases Nanashi and rubs his nose. CHRIST. OW. He did not have Yoshitsune equipped so that does indeed hurt a ton. ]

You could have broken my nose like that.

[ He made a mistake in his life. Note to self: don't pinch Akira Kurusu. It ends in regret and pain. ]

I saw stars there for a sec. That was so stupid.

[ Nanashi waves his hand and summons Jeanne d'arc. They could use her healing magic right now. He's sore everywhere. ]

[ Excuse you, child. He didn't have the change to break your nose in that choke hold. ]

What? I didn't even tighten it that much.

[ It's not like he was strangling you—PLUS, YOU'RE DEAD!! That gets a small little poke to the side now. Ah. Jeanne?? He forgets about what they were doing entirely— ]

You weren't even trying then? I don't think I want to see your strength at full power.

[It sounds deadly. Nanashi nods at that. ]

She's another summon of mine, yeah. Her name is Jeanne D'arc. It's the maid of orleans.

[That name might ring a bell or two...she is pretty famous after all.]

I was trying a little bit.

[ But not enough to kill Nanashi!! Or to warrant the headbutt (not it did warrant a headbutt)!! He rubs his nose unconsciously as he stares at his friend's new friend.

Huh... ]

I shouldn't be surprised since I can summon Yoshitsune, but... I didn't know you could summon saints?

My past self could summon all sorts of weird crap, Akira.

[Nanashi lets out a deep sigh. He drinks some water and then hears something weird. There's a demonic growling coming from outside. w h y ]

I don't have much control over this ability yet. You don't wanna see what's out there.

[But hey, maybe Akira will be able to handle meeting a real demon. He's got personas.]

I only thought you were a demon summoner.

[ Which is still cool! Don't get him wrong, but he's still amazed by the summon of a saint. His eyes brighten up more with curiosity when Nanashi says "you don't wanna see what's out there."

Who do you take him for?? ]

I'd want to see, but I wouldn't want to push you if you don't have control over it.

[ Of course he's more concerned about Nanashi's well-being. ]

That's what I thought at first too. My summoning ability isn't limited to just demons though.

[ They're about to find out the extent of his summoning. Someone help them. Nanashi shakes his head once and looks at Akira. ]

So... we can go as long as you're careful. Bring Yoshitsune just in case? He'll protect you.

My Persona are always with me.

[ Plus, he can heal. Just to be... careful, he does switch to having Yoshitsune as his main one. This will protect him from physical attacks, but not other spells. Giving Nanashi a thumbs up, he nods with confidence. ]
