[open] [ that picture from the iron giant of the guy yelling ART ]
WHO: Yusuke Kitagawa + OPEN
WHERE: Around Recolle.
WHEN: From 5/3 to 5/12...!
WHAT: Oh just... normal things.
WARNINGS: Excessive use of PAINT.
[ Anyone who runs into Yusuke from the moment he gets his hands on his paintbrush and a paint pot is going to be aware of two distinct things: firstly, that he is an artist and definitely knows what he's doing with the utensils at his disposal. This ain't his first rodeo, that's for sure.
Secondly though, is that Yusuke is painting a lot like a man possessed - he's specifically focused on finding outlines and getting an idea of the layout, despite his well known attention to detail, and just... doesn't seem to be stopping. From the moment he finds his painting tools, he's back tracking to his home and wildly painting the street back into existence.
And this is how he is for the majority of the week. There's a method to his madness though, he's clearly looking for something, and seems to retracing old steps in an attempt to find it. The longer he's at it, the sloppier the paintwork becomes and, quite honestly, the worse for wear Yusuke seems. He only stops when it gets too dark to paint, and returns home, before leaving to begin again early in the morning. Watch him long enough, and you may even catch him swaying on the spot, or heavy lidded, like he's about to fall asleep on his feet.
... Help him? This is just sad. ]

Food on the go. [ at least they’re all not that horrible. the shake is chocolate flavored, creamy and probably the best flavor you can count on without wanting to hack up. the rest isn’t tasty like fresh food, like he would’ve made, but compromise. you get stuck with that. ] Can you put the cemetery on Maps?
[ your phone, take it out. ]

... it looks like a milkshake, but lumpier? [ He's... he's going to sniff it. It's probably a mistake, his nose certainly wrinkles.
And he's not even going to question the how to of Maps. He just. Holds out his phone. You do your electromagic, Eren. ]

It’s chocolate, Yusuke. It’s good.
[ come on, he made that just for you, don’t diss his delicacies! eren wrinkles some of his own nose as he takes yusuke’s phone— at least it wasn’t a social network he’s looking for, else he’d be completely lost. in caveman mode! that is not the case, but hopefully he doesn’t find anything questionable on this search! ]
Protein and enough energy to pass as a meal. This is what they eat in the field.
[ battle. field. ]

... [ We'll see if it's good, Eren. We'll see. There's nothing to fear though - just a lot of pages on artists, art exhibits, some paint supplies and for some reason a page on dancing lessons. Hm.
... ]
This seems like it was made for practicality rather than decadence or taste, certainly. But thank you for making it for me. [ Quick, and simple and it should be as beneficial as eating an entire actual food. ]

no, he will not nose in. just like he wouldn’t want people to nose in on his own search history that has nothing to do with the next realistic life sized transformer statues that talk to you during the next comic con nothing whatsoever. softening up and going quiet, he brings a hand up to nip at one of his fingers enough to make it bleed. ]
. . . No problem.
[ under all that aggressive manhandling, eren just cared a lot. depending on the person, there was just a little voice in his head that said: you can’t be marshmallow soft!!! they need stern friends, too!!
maps is set on the graveyard! it was dangerous to use his car when some of the roads were still gone, and the townspeople are seeing dragons left and right anyway, so . . .
traveling and painting by giant is the better deal. ]
