[Haru isn't too keen on returning to Respatrum, not after last time she was there. But the fact that it was up in the air, knowing that there are still people there... despite everything, she wants to help them, and if helping bring fire spirits back would do it, then she'd do it.

Before it happens, you might find her trying to either find the fire spirits, or, having found one in a steaming potted plant, trying to coax it out. Eventually, though, it does happen: the fire spirit decides to come out, shooting for Haru's chest so that it can go back to its home.

But that doesn't mean it can't have some fun in the process. One might find Haru in various places, like the Recolle U campus, Sweet Stems, Catmosphere Cafe, or wherever you'd like her to be! She's in her Noir outfit, because nothing makes her feel more confident than that outfit. As for what she's doing? She's doing what she's always wanted to do: openly flirting with other ladies. She's always been shy about doing it before, but something's... changed, and she feels so much more free. There's so many beautiful women that she admires, after all; why not tell them?

She can always return the spirit later. Right now, this is just too much fun!]

[As a rookie officer, Cleo doesn't have much downtime. What she does have, though, is often spent at the Catmosphere Cafe, because she likes having her downtime with adorable cats.

But, well. When Haru enters, that full costume gets Cleo's attention. She hasn't spoken to Haru much since October, but a fucking axe out of nowhere does tend to burn itself into one's memories. The costume is... odd, but who is she to say how others can dress?

So there's a catwoman in full police uniform at a table, watching Haru curiously. The first move is yours, Noir.]

[Well, hellooooo Ms. Cleo. Haru certainly approves of the setting; several of the cats are already craning their necks towards her, knowing full well who she is by now. As Haru lays a hand on Cleo's table, the other reaches out to let one or two cats sniff at her fingers and rub their cheeks against them.]

Hello, Cleo. You're looking beautiful today.

[... Well. That is a bit more forward than she expected.

Cleo raises an eyebrow, and... Honestly, she has to peek around to see if Soleil or Natalia are somehow responsible for this.]

Good afternoon, Haru. How are you?

[... Completely casually, ignoring the second remark. Maybe... Maybe it's some cosplay thing???]

[Shiori has never seen Haru in this particular costume, but that fluffy hair peeking out from under the hat is hard to mistake for anyone else's. Since Recolle U is where he's at mostly, she sticks out like a sore thumb, and concern is immediate in his expression. Is he going to have to do some kind of damage control on his best friend?]

Haru? What are you wearing? It's way past Halloween.

Hm? Oh! [She hadn't shown Shiori yet! She holds the tip of her hat and bends down in a bow, removing the hat in a flourish.] This was an outfit in my other life!

It's cute, but wearing it at school? People might think you're trying out for a play or in a cosplay club. [Haru, what did you do in your other life to warrant this outfit?] It's a lot better than the one I got at least.

[Everyone seems to react just a little different to the fire spirits. With Li-Na it manifests as an increase in selfish behavior, ranging from always wanting to be the student the instructor calls on in class to skipping class altogether because why should she stay in class when she would rather be enjoying the beautiful weather?

That's what Li-Na is doing at Catmosphere. Skipping class and having a snack while she pets ALL THE KITTIES. She might... be trying to lure all the cats to herself. Even if that means her outfit ends up covered in cat hair.

When she spots Haru, Li-Na need a moment to take in Haru's outfit, but then she waves her fingers at the other girl. Just a quick little flutter that both says 'hello!' and 'come over here please.']

[Oh. Li-Na. That outfit looks gorgeous on her, especially with all the cat hair. At Li-Na's beckoning, Haru gives a wave in return and moves closer, so much closer, though she'll pick off a bit of cat hair from Li-Na's shirt as an excuse.]

You look fantastic in that outfit, Li-Na. The cats think so, too.

[Haru has made a Mistake.

But that would be readily apparent. After all, Nui is just this spring color-clad girl traipsing across Recolle U's campus to return some library books or something. Her bad eye is covered with a daisy-shaped eyepatch. She's basically all the brightness and life of the season personified, so nothing could go wrong from the conversation they're about to have.

Nui giggles, swinging her purse gently by its straps in front of her.]

Oh, hi there, cutie! Gosh, I just love your outfit! Are you part of that play that's happening or whatever?

[What could go wrong?

And oh, she's cute! Haru gives her a glance up and down, not just because she's cute, but she really appreciates that outfit. She gives a smile as she does a dainty bow, her fingers tilting her hat down a bit.]

I've not heard of a play, but there is a reason for this. [She tilts her head up, just enough to see Nui under the brim of her hat.] To steal hearts.

[ You know what's fun? People who are dressing up! She's never had the time or incentive to cosplay herself, but that's always been a fun idea for her? So when she goes into the Catmosphere to find someone who is clearly in some sort of a costume (she can't place quite what series... hmm...) the woman's eyes can't help but open a little wider and a smirk can't help but some up on her lips.

So what's she going to do?

Be bold, of course! That's how the young woman always does. She's just got on a cute (if you asked her!) red spring dress and walking on over to her table, ]

[It is a cute red spring dress! Haru gives it, or is it her, an appreciative once over before she leans towards the woman, resting her chin on her hand as she meets her eyes. She hasn't met her before, but that doesn't mean she can't flirt with her just as much.]

[ Yusuke is not a beautiful woman. But he's not about to let Haru go waltzing past him on any day of the week, let alone one where she's dressed up so snazzily and stylishly. ]

[ Hold up, he's taking a couple of steps back and framing her with his fingers. Lovely. ]

You're looking especially dashing today. Is it a special occasion?

[Yusuke! The fire spirit wants to just walk right on past and find some more ladies, but he's important! Haru gives a playful smile and poses for the frame he has going on, looking at him from just under the bridge of her hat.]

Well... You could say I'm stealing hearts today.

[oh, no. Makoto didn't know Haru as Noir, but she could feel that... maybe she should recognize that outfit?]

Haru...?

[she could be wrong. after all, mask rules apply... right?]

[Who else would this fluffy hair belong to? And hey, it's Makoto! Haru's been wanting to know her better ever since her first memory of her, and she feels her heart quicken at the chance to do so.]

[Vera had just decided to go to the library to relax and clear her head after all the ridiculous things that have been going on lately. Unfortunately, she's not going to get that break when she notices a girl that looks like she just stepped out of a renaissance fair.

[Ah, Vera! She's always been so kind to her, and not to mention cute! The fire spirit quivers in excitement, and Haru doesn't hesitate to go right over to her, leaning in close with a flutter of her lashes.]

[It's been a rough month, and it's currently drizzling out, the last of the April showers (hopefully) giving way to next month's flowers. Naoto is out and about on errands, and ducks into the nearby Catmosphere Cafe to take shelter and have a nice warm coffee. The woman in the flashy outfit and hat stands out, obviously. She's seen this outfit before. And it's wearer--] Haru? ...isn't that outfit...? [Your Phantom Thief costume?]

[Naoto! She always makes her heart flutter, even when Haru thought she was a boy. That still happens here, though the fire spirit is probably also contributing, and Haru gives a smile as she walks closer.]

My thief outfit? Why, yes. I am being a thief today, after all.

[Yukiko's out, about, and just more or less doing her thing on campus when she happens to bump into a familiar someone. She blinks at the sight of Haru in that outfit, because heck she sure has seen some stuff, but that's quite the getup.

Waving, she trots over, sure that by Haru's smile she's been spotted.]

Hey! Are you out thieving? Or just wearing a costume for the fun of it?

[Haru's always happy to see Yukiko, and this is no exception. Spurred by those questions, Haru saunters toward Yukiko, her fingers on the brim of her hat as she tips it just so.]

Thieving. For what, you may ask? Why, the hearts of others, of course.

[Nyu had an unfortunate tendency to escape from previously secure places. But she was getting better! Whenever she remembered that no, she actually really wasn't supposed to open that door, she made her way into the nearest business or library or whatever was open until someone found her.

And someone did! Somewhere between a display of lilies and daisies. The outfit didn't strike Nyu as terribly odd, though she wasn't expecting this person either. But no matter. She looked friendly, by Nyu's very generous standard, and she smiled at the other girl.]

Hello! Your hat is pretty.

[Nyu was not wearing a hat. There's two ribbons tied around the bone-white stubs sticking out of her hair, not really hiding them at all.]

[In Soleil's defense, that outfit is impossible to ignore. It isn't every day someone wears something so peculiar and with a mask to boot. It's pretty cool, even if incredibly out-of-place on campus. How could she not introduce herself, if only to get a better look at it?]

Whoa, that's one heck of an outfit. I don't know how to feel about someone walking around in a mask, though.

(apollo doesn't tend to notice much on campus around this time of year, what with finals approaching and papers he needs to focus on. even with his lessened course load, it still manages to drain him dry, flipping through notes as he wanders aimlessly back to the dorms.

but even he isn't stupid enough to ignore the costumed beauty currently surveying the campus. part of him wonders if there's another campus party he wasn't invited to. something about her seems familiar, though, and she certainly walks around as if she has a purpose.
