WHO: Li-Na & Haru
WHERE: Catmosphere
WHEN: Saturday, March 24, afternoon
WHAT: Two girls and a cafe full of cats
WARNINGS: n/a
Li-Na isn't quite sure why her regular customers kept giving her odd looks while she worked her shift at Expressive this morning. They'd look at her, look away, and then suddenly dart a second glance. A little unnerved, she sneaked glances at her face in various reflective surfaces around the shop, but she never saw anything on her face. Just to be safe, she even checked her oversized sweater and leggings underneath her apron, but those were still clean.
Once her shift is over though, she puts the odd occurances out of her mind, because she hasa date an outing with Haru right afterwards. Tossing her apron in the hamper, she pops into the bathroom to freshen up. Run a brush through her hair and put it back up in twin tails. Blot her face and a quick dusting of powder. Fresh coat of lip gloss. She doesn't bother checking her eyes, because she knows she could stand in a heavy downpour and her mascara wouldn't budge.
Snapping her purse closed, she runs to catch the bus that will drop her off in front of Catmosphere. Run being the operative word. Good thing she opted for slip-ons this morning instead of something more dainty. Not that heels are good for a shift at a coffee shop. Less than a quarter hour later, she presses the button to let the driver know she needs off, and practically bounces when she disembarks. As the bus pulls away, Li-Na glances around to see if Haru arrived before her.

[It really had only been about five minutes, Haru just can't help making a beeline for cats when she sees them. The hug makes her feel light and fluttery, quick as it was, and as they pull back, Haru gives her a greeting kiss on the cheek. Li-Na seemed alright with it last time, so why not?]
I love your outfit! [She steps back and holds out her hands to gesture to her body.] It suits you so well! Although your leggings might be covered with cat hair once we're done here.

Ah, thank you! I like yours too. It is so colorful and cheerful. And cat hair is okay. That is what lint rollers are for.
[She nods a head at the entrance.]
Shall we go in?
