WHAT: Persona meeting #4 as hosted by Elizabeth, due to a conversation with Akira

I. TAKE A LOAD OFF
[ The spa is all paid for, as are the treatments, so why not take advantage of it? There's plenty to do, from all kinds of massages, to mud and ash baths, to a sauna, nail and hair salon, etc... Essentially if there's something for comfort, it's here, so don't think too hard about it. ]

II. GET SOME PRACTICE IN
[ Want to train? Well, today's host has a relaxed "no overworking" policy for today, but the spa does have a gym in reserve if you really, really want to do something. Whatever's in a gym is in this one, including a room that seems to usually be used for things like yoga classes or kickboxing or something? It's big, so there's plenty of room, but, like

please don't break anything. ]

III. I GUESS WE SHOULD HAVE SOME ACTUAL DISCUSSION THOUGH
[ For those that get hungry, you're in luck: the meeting proper is being held in the restaurant attached to this particularly fancy spa, at around 6pm. Eat some healthy, refreshing food (though you can technically do this whenever during your stay, this is the Official Dinner Meeting Time) and talk about the following things:

• Newbie introductions
• Team building (share/discuss/get to know each other + trust exercises)
• Memories/Retrospec shenanigans
• Items and abilities from Retrospec
• Privacy issues (Personas are free to be talked about, but other issues may have come up)
• Free discussion/advice corner

Elizabeth's also procured some whiteboards and markers, if illustrating things is easier for you, or if you want add to Yukiko's relationship board (which has made its reappearance once again). Don't worry about being overheard—connections being what they are, this room is fairly private and the waiters only come when called. Elizabeth's made arrangements with her fancy connections. ]

[Her eyes glaze as she stares off into the distance, suddenly miles away from where she's seated next to Michel.

Don't give up! We have to believe in her!

Tears suddenly start coursing down her face.]

[The fact she suddenly spaced out worries him briefly until she starts to cry.]

[She blinks, gasps as she realizes where she is, and starts to swipe frantically at her tears, shaking her head furiously all the while.]

No! No, that's not it at all, Michel. I'm sorry, I-- I got a memory just now. [Minako laughs weakly, but it's not a sad sound. Instead, it's a little wondering...amazed.] You were right, they really were there with me.

I think I'll have him remember later for his own so they can compare sad notes down the line

[He rubs his own left eye, he's not crying, you're just imagining things, before bringing her into a tiny little hug. You know, nothing to invade her personal space and all of that.]

[Minako is completely okay with hugs from friends, and she leans over to equally squeeze him into her embrace.]

Anytime...I'm not sure how I did it but...yeah!

[He's not...used to getting hugs from people. It surprises him and he stays silent for a tiny bit before speaking.]

You're friends...what were they like?

[She pulls back a bit to peer at him.]

The other Minako's friends? Or mine, right now?

I meant her's, but she is you and...

You know what? Let's do a double feature if you want. Tell me about her friends...are any of them with you here? What about your friends now? Just...I don't know, it sounds like we should be talking and celebrating this memory somehow.

Mmm...some of the other Minako's friends have been in the city. Honestly I don't have as many memories of them as I'd like. I seem to remember the difficult ones more than the happy ones. But they were...they were good to her, and she to them. They were a team.

[A quiet laugh.]

As for my friends...I have so many I don't even know where to begin. Certainly I'd count most of the people here as friends. I have my roommates, my school friends, my coworkers at the Confectionary and at ReVA...and so on.

That's good.

[He sighs, wondering if he'll know if his team was that close. Hopefully they were a team at all...it's still so confusing that nothing about his group matches to everyone else at all. Were they some sort of fluke?]

And..I'm glad.

[He looks down at his hand briefly, contemplative. Michel had some friends, but he could count them by how many fingers he had. Funnily enough, most of them were in this city. Coincidence? Maybe...he couldn't be sure.

Everyone else was just an acquaintance until they proved him otherwise. He'd been burn too many times to count of people using him just for his money and then ignoring him the moment he wasn't willing to pay anymore.]

You do have a personality that makes other comfortable around you!

Hehe. Thanks, Michel. I like being surrounded by people, and I'd like them to like being with me too. So I do my best to be friendly...and try not to be intimidating, because I know that happens too.
