WHAT: Persona meeting #4 as hosted by Elizabeth, due to a conversation with Akira

I. TAKE A LOAD OFF
[ The spa is all paid for, as are the treatments, so why not take advantage of it? There's plenty to do, from all kinds of massages, to mud and ash baths, to a sauna, nail and hair salon, etc... Essentially if there's something for comfort, it's here, so don't think too hard about it. ]

II. GET SOME PRACTICE IN
[ Want to train? Well, today's host has a relaxed "no overworking" policy for today, but the spa does have a gym in reserve if you really, really want to do something. Whatever's in a gym is in this one, including a room that seems to usually be used for things like yoga classes or kickboxing or something? It's big, so there's plenty of room, but, like

please don't break anything. ]

III. I GUESS WE SHOULD HAVE SOME ACTUAL DISCUSSION THOUGH
[ For those that get hungry, you're in luck: the meeting proper is being held in the restaurant attached to this particularly fancy spa, at around 6pm. Eat some healthy, refreshing food (though you can technically do this whenever during your stay, this is the Official Dinner Meeting Time) and talk about the following things:

• Newbie introductions
• Team building (share/discuss/get to know each other + trust exercises)
• Memories/Retrospec shenanigans
• Items and abilities from Retrospec
• Privacy issues (Personas are free to be talked about, but other issues may have come up)
• Free discussion/advice corner

Elizabeth's also procured some whiteboards and markers, if illustrating things is easier for you, or if you want add to Yukiko's relationship board (which has made its reappearance once again). Don't worry about being overheard—connections being what they are, this room is fairly private and the waiters only come when called. Elizabeth's made arrangements with her fancy connections. ]

[ That's good. This is almost infectious? It's helping him calm down and settle back into normalcy, too. For a second, he thought he would have slipped into thinking about... Well. More death. Still, it reminds him how grateful he is to have these people in his life, including her.

Don't cry, senpai. ]

And I'm glad that you're here... You better make this life worthwhile, okay?

[She gives him a watery laugh and finally squeezes his hand in return.]

Of course I will. I'm not going to let this get me down. [A little inhale.] It'll just take me some time to get to that point.

Yeah... Take it at your own pace.

[ When she squeezes his hand back, he swings it back and forth a little to show some optimism. While he knows everyone needs their down time, they're at a gathering... She should at least enjoy herself. ]

Got any other memories?

[That little swinging motion is so childlike...it reminds her of so many years ago, when it used to be her parents' hand, or her brother's hand, and she had not a care in the world.

She's not that little girl anymore, but she's glad to know that the motion is still enjoyable. Warm, and quietly playful.]

Yes. [A wry smile.] Still somewhat depressing, unfortunately. The other Minako met a boy with a terminal illness.

[ As long as it keeps her in a better mood, then he'll continue the little swinging motion. It's not a lot, but its fun in its own way. It also reminds him of the past, though with his parents and no one else. ]

Seems like it never ends for us. [ Just an observation. ] Did she visit him often?

I only got the one memory of him. But I'm certain she must have, after what he said. He was so horribly lonely. An illness like that...and so resigned to what would happen to him.

[Kind of reminds her of a certain someone...]

... I'm sorry to hear that. I hope that he could at least enjoy the happy moments he has. It's what makes life worth it.

[ What comes to mind if Yusuke's mother from what he has heard from him, but he does feel for those that fall ill constantly. ]

[As for her, it's her brother. Of course.]

He was the Sun Arcana. Joy, optimism, happiness, accomplishment...there must have been a reason for that. So I'm certain he did. It's just a matter of time until I see the rest, and learn how it happened.

Then that'll be something to look forward to—it's like an Easter egg. [ ... ] So you hear a weird voice when you befriend people, too?

And it's almost Easter, too.

[She reaches up and rubs her temple.]

Yeah. It was happening so much on that first day, I thought I was going to get Arcana assigned to half the city's people.

Same here.

[ Rank 1 is the easiest to trigger. How do they make this stop? ]

... Does your voice also say anything about infinite power?

[She screws up her face as she remembers, and then shakes her head.]

No, it goes a little bit like. [Ahem.] "Thou art I, and I art thou...thou shalt be blessed when creating Personas of this Arcana".

Oh... Mine was more like "I am thou, thou art I... Thou hast acquired a new vow. It shall become the wings of rebellion that breaketh thy chains of captivity."

[ ... ]

Which makes sense, I guess.

At least it's appropriately dramatic for a voice in your head. A vow, though...that's intense for a Social Link.
