[ she smiles back, and it is very genuine. she's suddenly glad that they're not going to the same school since he would be unaware that she's been missing classes since arriving. there's no need to worry nanashi after he's been so kind. ]
I'm glad that you and the city are okay.

[ Mimori's having a hard time so he can't fault her for not going to school. It's not really his business anyway. He perks up and nods. ]

[ she looks around the cafe, smiling to herself. she's mostly glad that the city didn't explode or anything while she was gone. you can never really tell what might happen. ]
Did anything exciting happen to you?

I don't really live with them anymore so it means a lot to me. [Nanashi's got a bunch of family issues to sort out, but he's trying his best!! He still likes hanging out with his sister. That's always exciting. ]
How about you? Do you live alone?

[ he mentioned his sister before. she doesn't know where all of his family is, but mimori knows there has been issues all over with getting in contact with people. ]
I live with my parents. They're... they do their best, so I'm grateful.

[Oh! That makes Nanashi want to bounce around in joy.]

[He'd be under house arrest.]
They'd say stuff like "You're still young so don't do anything dangerous." We've already been exposed to danger, Mimori.
[They can handle it. It's fine.]
