WHO: Elda Marker and you
WHERE: The Marker manor and just outside of it, the farmer's market, the gym, Respatrum's marketplace, around the city (other places by request)
WHEN: Nominally the 6th onwards to the rest of the month.
WHAT: Elda Marker has undergone a major step in becoming a vampire and also there's a lot of other stuff going on this month. Her dealing with that and trying to keep busy
WARNINGS: N...one I don't think
If you're going to tag in can you do me a favor and reply to her new permissions-info-thing for her new sense of blood smell! It's something she'll have to deal with from now on, so.
1) House Stay: The Marker Manor
[ On the 6th, Elda Marker wakes up with a change which is going to affect the rest of her month. Namely, Elda wakes up with her incisors slightly more pronounced than before and... easily twenty points lighter. Not really a big woman to begin with, when she weighs herself, noticing that her muscle definition deteriorated somehow over night to be even more thin, she's actually under 90 lbs now. And her thought is, of course... That it's happened.
But when she goes downstairs and finds that she can still eat breakfast and it still fills her up she's confused. The sunlight though- ... ugh. She dislikes the sunlight even more than before? Much more than before, actually, now it doesn't just agitate her eyes, it also makes her skin crawl a little, like she's going to get hives or some terrible sunburn or something. The end result? Over the next while during the day she ends up staying in a lot, going out more on overcast days or with an umbrella. And she...
Well, if you are a friend of hers or someone she trusts, because of being a bit stir crazy and because you deserve to know, she's going to be calling people over to hang out at her house for the next while. Or you might be walking by the house and seeing her sitting on her front porch wearing sunglasses and holding a teddy bear for some reason, alternating between looking pensive and all but glaring at the clear sky between checking her phone. ]
2) Let's Work It: The Gym / Around the City (jogging)
[ Hey is it an overcast day? Of course it is, it's March. But if it's not raining too heavily, you might see one Elda Marker out in a track suit which now is a little bit loose on her out for her now not quite daily jog. It's odd, because she's now even more slight and obviously less muscular, but she feels no more weak. Actually, she feels a little bit stronger? Just a smidge, or perhaps she has a bit more stamina?
But yeah, you might come across her jogging either on a day with light rain or at night, going on a loop all over the parts of the city that she normally frequents. This might involve a little shopping too but... sometimes the sky betrays her. The sun comes out, and that results in her being stuck in some building or another and glowering while looking a little bit ill. Is that some cafe you're at? A shop? Maybe she had to knock on the door to your house? Either way, ]
The forecast was cloudy all day today...
[ UGH. But then, she also needs to test her muscles in other ways! Namely, this time wearing goggles she goes to the gym/the ymca/whatever, intending to swim, lift weights, and generally just test out her abilities. Ever wanted to see a now even more tiny woman probably lift way more than you can if not her own body weight and then some? That's sure a thing which is possible right now. Or maybe you can come across her in her one piece swimsuit doing laps as she sees if she can tire herself out. ... That one's only once the sun is down though, because damn the sunlight. ]
3) Perfect Tamales?: The Farmer's Marker
[ You know where Elda Marker goes every weekend, especially as the weather improves? The Farmers Marker. You know where is harder to go when the sun hates you? The Farmers Market. Done up in a jacket and sunglasses and a wide brim hat despite thinking those look terrible on her, the woman bravely heads there and makes to go catch up some local deals and fresh produce and you know, the works.
... Or she gives up and hides under somewhere with shade and, ]
Hey, excuse me, could you do me a favor?
[ Have your character shop for her.
... But perhaps most pressingly you know what she has always loved here? The food people make here. But when she gets a tamale here she unwraps it, gets her first bite and then... ... Looks very strangely at it. What's up with this taste...? It's so- ]

[ It's not spicy? But it's not just mild it's just... she can barely taste it, actually, like it's a distant thing. Did Retrospec break taste again? ]
4) Embracing the Heart: Respatrum (marketplace)
[ So aside from a short trip (okay no, it was actually quite the long day trip, given the travel times, but she didn't stay that long) to Magatus, one of the regions that Elda finds herself going pretty often is Respatrum. This for for two important reasons: first, while it is frustrating to have to park outside the cave system and/or just walk there, it is pretty damned close to the city's edge. Second, because it is underground, while the heat his miserable, she doesn't need to worry about the sun?
So if you're a weirdo who ever wanted to see the now even thinner Elda in a tank top with a loose overshirt and no sunglasses on, that's sure a thing she's doing now as she goes around the market, examining items and actually buying a fair number of jeweled items or silvered items. She's getting a feel for the layout and the craftsmanship. It's neat! It's neat and while she considers going further... well. ]
Wooo, it's hot.
5) Wild Whatevers
[ So I'm open to plenty more than this because I mean specifically Elda will be going on another trip to Magatus in order to check in own the state of the town they helped, probably want to check out the other regions, and you might also see her poking around Recollé University, local hospitals she used to work at, the custom clothing shop she currently works at... anything I guess? [ Good, the other girl came along. The small woman is grateful and once they're a ways off, well: it's time for the conspiracy. And because she did buy two: she if offering the second of these (spicy chicken) tamales for Mio. Confirm this for her??? ]

[ She doesn't want it to be true, so she'll take Elda up on her offer as she takes the other spicy chicken tamale and eats it. Thankfully, she can take on pretty spicy food pretty well, thankfully, but she does make a bit of an interested face before frowning. ]
That's weird. I can definitely taste the spiciness in this.
