WHAT: Makoto is back in the city, ready to rest and get back into his routine. However, he won't be able to spend much time in his apartment liked he planned.

[A. Apartment Life]

[Makoto returned to his apartment with gifts, clothes, and food from the nice people he helped out in the town. He hopes that everything will be okay with them for now on. Maybe he'll be able to visit one day, but right now he's ready to sleep and play his games for a little while. He puts everything in his bedroom before falling on his bed and promptly falling asleep. When he wakes up hours later he'll grab some food then plop down in front of his tv to play his game for awhile. He falls into this routine for a little while, until he hears a knock on his front door. Makoto will stop switching games to go answer the door.]

Hi! Oh, wait, what day is it?

[Hopefully it's not that many days right?]

[B. Around town]

[After Makoto rests for awhile and catches up on his schoolwork the next thing for him to do is run some errands. There are some games to pick up, food to replace, and other things he needs to stock up on. He doesn't really feel like changing so he goes out in his sweats and sunglasses. He has a list of stores to visit, hopefully he'll be able to get everything before stores become too busy. On his way down the street, he's checking his list when he accidentally bumps into someone.]

Ahh! I'm sorry!

[He hopes he didn't anger them too much.]

Closed to Ritsu: Between the week of 3/4 - 3/11

[Makoto felt pretty good getting through his list without many problems. Since he got through most of his list he decides to treat himself with something from the bakery. He's on his way to it when he sees Ritsu. Oh, they were in the same group, but he hasn't seen him much last month. It's good to see that he's alright. He waves at him, though he doesn't expect him to come over.

Ahh, well, maybe it won't be too bad?]

[The group trip was a little stressful but more in a confusing sense for Ritsu. He didn't see a lot of Makoto, so when he goes to pick up food for Kou he didn't expect to see him now. Really it might be good for him since he did need to talk to the other. The last time he tried to talk to him it ended a little too fast, it left him with more question than answers really.

So when he sees the wave he walks over to him.]

[Makoto remembers the last time they talked. He may have changed the subject pretty fast cause he wasn't ready to talk about Sena or the weird memories yet. However, he hasn't seen him since then, even when they were together in the group. He does have his glasses on him, so he changes into them and smiles.]

Hey, how are you doing? What are you getting today?

[It's going to be a bad luck day for him. Right now Ritsu is giving his usual stare before he looks to his own cart and the cat food inside.]

Kou needed food. I'm fine what about you?

[The best way to get to a testy subject is to test the waters first, right?]

[Makoto has gotten used to the stare. He knows that Ritsu doesn't mean anything mean by it. He's also still a little tired to worry, so he's hoping for the best.]

How's Kou doing? Oh, I'm fine, I feel better after getting some sleep. Now I'm just running some errands and picking up some things.

[His guard isn't as high either, so he doesn't expect any hard subjects coming his way.]

Closed to Nazuna: During the second week of March

[Makoto walks over to the dorms to visit Nazuna with a bag of treats for Tsuchin. They were in the same group together, though they split up to do their own thing, he was curious about what Nazuna did. Not to mention it's been awhile since they hung out with each other, he's happy to spend some time with him. Makoto goes over to Nazuna's room and knocks on the door.]

Senpai! I'm here!

[pronounces]

[ makoto has long since gotten the go-ahead from the other RA's: nazuna always greets him with warmth and happiness, enough so that people let him get in without a guest pass or anything of the like. so, it's not that surprising when there's a knock on his door, and he beams, pulling it open. ]

Hi, Makochin! Come on in! [ nazuna's room is pretty big--the perks of being an RA-and there's a couch in the main room, along with tsuchin's pen. the rabbit himself is standing up on his hind legs staring at the door, as if planning his escape. ] Shut the door behind you--can I get you anything?

[ ever the good host, there are already a few snacks laid out on the table in front of the couch, but nazuna busies himself going to get drinks for them both, too. ]

[Makoto appreciates the other RAs for remembering him. He's always wanted to live in the dorms, but his parents wouldn't let him. They insisted on getting an apartment close to the university instead. While Makoto didn't mind he felt like he missed his chance being able to have the dorm life experience. However, thanks to Nazuna he can have a little bit of it that he appreciates.

Makoto happily walks in as he closes the door behind him.]

Um, juice? I wouldn't mind if you had any pop either.

[Makoto laughs softly when he sees Tsuchin on his hind legs.] Hi Tsuchin! You must have known I had some treats for you today.

[He places the treats on the table by their snack as he takes a seat on the couch. He grabs one of the closest snacks and opens the bag.]

Um, need any help? [Makoto calls out into the kitchen. While he's a good host Makoto can't help wanting to get up to help.]

[pronounces]

I think I have both. [ nazuna hums, busying himself pulling out drinks for them both, cups and all--he makes his way back over with a sprite, setting it down in front of him and settling down nearby.

tsuchin, in all of his tiny wisdom, has leapt right out of his pen and went immediately for the treats. nazuna makes a scolding cluck noise as he removes the rabbits head from the bag with the effortless manner of someone who has done so a thousand times, instead laying out a few of the treats before handing it back to makoto. ] I'm just fine, you relax.

How've things been? [ he settles down on the couch next to him, crosses his legs, and looks utterly interested. tell him about your life, makochin!! ]

[Makoto thanks Nazuna for the Sprite and sits with the drink. It does feel good to be back in Nazuna's dorm, watching Tsuchin run towards the treats. He laughs as he places the bag in his pocket. He's happy to see Tsuchin too! Oh, it's back to him, time to think about what's been happening.]

Things have been pretty good! I finally got some sleep, took care of some errands, and got the game I had on preorder!

[You're forgetting two important things Makoto.]

Oh, um, Kouhei came by and bought me some leftovers. They were all really good too!

[Don't blush, don't blush, don't blush Makoto is trying so hard. However, the next thought has him sobering up quickly.]

I ran into Sena too. It was...something.

[He still can't explain it.]

Closed to Kouhei: Early March

[Makoto did his best to clean up his apartment before Kouhei came over. He was coming over for a visit! He nearly forgot he was coming over since he slept through his alarm. He has so many things he wants to show him! There are the gifts from the villagers, the pictures he took, and the food he got too! He's bringing out the bag of gifts when he hears the knock on the door. He quickly drops it off before he goes to the door.]

Hi Kouhei! How are you?

[He didn't change out of his sweats. Opps, he has to remember to do that next time.]

[Honestly, Makoto has no reason to be so concerned: Kouhei may always have his own apartment nice and tidy, but he wouldn't judge Makoto no matter how much of a wreck his place was, and he would much rather have his friend be comfortable in his sweats than dress up.

But for as much as Kouhei is put together, he also looks slightly frazzled, given how many containers of food he's holding. It isn't enough to be startling, but he still made an awful lot....]

Hey. How are you feeling? I made some stuff for you.... [No kidding.]

[Makoto does his best to keep his apartment tidy, though he ends up leaving a little clutter here or there. He's glad that it's not too bad since he spent time cleaning up after he got some sleep. Makoto really did mean to change! He's glad Kouhei doesn't mind.

Makoto's eyes widened at the amount of food he has in his hands. He knew Kouhei would bring him some food, he didn't think it would be so much! He made all this for him...he can't remember a time when someone made him so much food when he wasn't at home! Okay Makoto, calm down, time to push those pesky feelings down or it might mess things up.

Makoto smiles as he opens the door to help Kouhei in.]

I'm feeling good! Much better now that I got some sleep. You did! Thanks! Come on in, the kitchen is over here, um can you see me?

I'm glad to hear it. I started making stuff that would last for a while, and before I knew it, I'd made too much.... There were too many recipes I wanted to try. Oh, and don't worry - I didn't make anything with seafood.

[He'd only slipped on some easy shoes, knowing that he'd be taking them off soon enough, and thankfully manages to get them off and set them neatly by the door without using his hands.]

See you? Yeah, of course. [He knows where the kitchen is by now, having been here many times, and makes his way there to set the containers down on the counter. Makoto's apparent sleepiness is enough to get a small smile out of him.]

It's good to hear your voice again, too.

[That's something he'll never take for granted.]

Oh! Thank you!

[Makoto can't believe Kouhei made all this food for him. When Kouhei mentioned making food for him, he assumed a couple of dishes, he didn't imagine all this food! Kouhei did this for him? He even remembered that he doesn't like seafood too! It's such a sweet gesture Makoto isn't sure how to react. Well besides certain feelings trying to make themselves known again. Why now of all times? Okay, he can do this.

Oh right, he forgot that Kouhei has been here more than once. He's not used to everything being so close! Makoto walks behind him, ready to ask him if there's something he wants to drink when he closes his mouth. He wanted to hear his voice again? Makoto gives a sheepish smile as he rubs the back of his neck.]

Thanks, it's good to be back home. I'm glad I didn't lose my voice while I was away.

Closed to Sena: Second Week of March

[Makoto had a good start to his day. He woke up, got his work, and started on his errands. However, he didn't expect to run into Sena while he was out. Well, he has a few options he could: A) try to duck into one of the stores to wait it out, B) go back home, or C) talk to him. Makoto can't go into one of the stores since he's seen him now he's sure. If Makoto tried to go home, maybe he could avoid him that way. There's always talking to him too, though he's not too sure how that's going to work out.

Well, the other two options isn't going to work not with Sena coming closer. Maybe talking to him can help?

Makoto gives a little wave on his way over.

[ sena is indeed in town today, unfortunately. but this time he's walking down the sidewalk, still holding the heartstone that's supposedly indestructible now according to retrospec. he still doesn't understand its effects and frankly he just wants to toss this away -

but then he spots makoto with his peripheral vision. while holding the stone.



oh no. ]

[ he's actually smiling sweetly. ]

Fancy meeting you here! ♪ You didn't tell me you were back in the city?

[Wait, he's not mad that they ran into each other? Why is he smiling so sweetly? What is this? Makoto nods slowly as he rubs the back of his neck.]

Um, yeah, I've been back since the 3rd. I'm feeling better after getting some sleep so I have to run some errands. When did you get back?

[Why are things going so well?]

Right on the first day of March! It's about time too. I was getting tired of being stuck with hell, you know?

[ he's still smiling so happily and it's so fucking weird but sena isn't too aware of this; he's got too much makoto in his mind because of the stone and it's making him so deliriously happy for some reason. ]

Errands? For whom, exactly? Maybe I can help~? ♪

[That's the second time someone has referred to that place as hell. Makoto wonders how that area was like, but he doesn't think too much about it. He can't when Sena is being so different than usual.]

I didn't mind being at the inn. It was a really nice place.

[Why is he smiling at him like that? What is happening?]

Oh, um, errands for me. There are some things I needed to get that I wanted to do today. You want to help me?

[Everyone is home and he doesn't have to sneak around behind his family's back to do anything or see anyone important. It's pretty great.

It's also pretty great that he's extorted Makoto out of a giant bag of M&Ms.]

Have you got the goods?

[If this was a secret trade deal of stolen goods it probably wouldn't be at Shinji's house, but okay Shinji, whatever makes you feel cool.]

[Blackmailed by an eight year old, that's how Makoto's life is going right now. Then again he does want to make it up to Shinji for him having to face his feelings when he was hanging out with Kouhei. He's so embarrassed, at least he can repay this debt with candy.]

I do. Here you go, one big bag of M&Ms.

[Whatever works for you, Shinji.]

[Shinji grabs a hold of the bag like Makoto might change his mind.]

I forgive you for getting your mushy feelings all over me.

[Makoto is a man of his word, he's not going to take the bag back. He does want to disappear when Shinji mentions it. He knows they must have mentioned it, but he forgot that the link was still on between them. For Shinji to hear all of that...he's so embarrassed!]

[Makoto isn't fooling anyone with this 'just seeing a friend' business. Shinji guesses he might have a disadvantage with the whole telepathic link, but still: super gross.]

My cousin just wouldn't let me go back to Pesgare, it's not like something bad happened to me.
