This time it's Togusa's turn for his cheerfulness to wash over their link. The thought of attachment, the feeling of family from Sora makes him think of Koutarou, back in Recolle. He can already imagine a fun but pretty calm day in this town. There's so much for Koutarou to get pleasantly distracted by, a great vantage point for him to draw from. He'd likely be either surprisingly good at fishing, due to his patience, or he would zone out and neglect his rod. But there's a happy overtone to all of Togusa's thoughts of family that might temper Sora's wistfulness.
Speaking of, when Togusa starts to reel on his line, there's something on the other end. Tug. Tug. "Oh!"
