The first option unfortunately doesn't make sense for the curio shopkeep's request since they wouldn't need items for themselves that they already has in store! However, you guys are more than welcome to find other items that you can take and use to your heart's desire. We recommend that this group speaks to the group who's down by the fishing docks and have spoken to the fishermen to obtain the items and ideas!
On the other hand, something like the coat could be used to trick the shop owner, since they have so many items they're bound to forget what they actually have on hand.
Re: the maze! If Pitou climbed the shelves, it would show open rafters and shelves that continue to stretch high with merchandise! You guys are free to pick and sort through there as well, and if you need ideas as to what is available let me know.
