[ It's been wild, lately. The world has changed dramatically and try as she might, Elda Marker cannot deny that she has changed some along with it. It's probably this, as much as anything else, which saw her no longer content to have the normal small little private Thanksgiving she's tended to have with just her son.

The whole thing takes most of the day (people are invited to show up whenever they want in the course of the day and sit around if they want) and she'll accept any help but... well, dinner itself will be the main event?
