University - Classes

[Though Biffy majors in music, he's still taking other classes as well. The basics really because he doesn't have any intention of doing a double major or even minoring in anything. Mostly he just knows that having his classes rounded out will benefit him greatly in the future and he's very interested in that factor.

So when you come in you might see him sitting on his own waiting for class to begin as he flips through a fashion magazine. Feel free to either go up to him. If not then he may notice you and wave to let you know the spot next to him is free!]

University - Music

[On days when he isn't working Biffy can often be found at the piano just playing. He doesn't need the practice but he's always there anyway. The professor has given him permission for it and he's more than taken advantage of the fact. Because when he's playing he feels so at piece with everything. The music can be upbeat and bouncy or slow and relaxing and he still feels this way. Just as long as his fingers are touching the keys as they are now.

Sometimes he hums softly with what he's playing, a beautiful tenor voice to go with the piano. It's clear that this is his passion and he always leaves the door to the practice hall unlocked for anyone who might want to come in and listen. Because Biffy does enjoy an audience big or small.]

Shopping

[Well it's time to do some proper winter shopping. He knows he would hate to be without decent clothes for the winter season so Biffy is here to make sure that he covers that. Smiling, he looks at a blue sweater that should be very flattering on him. Especially if he wears that one coat of his. Of course he'll need a new pair of pants to go with it but he can manage that rather well.

So he'll stop you as you pass with the prettiest smile you may have ever seen.]

Excuse me but may I ask for you opinion on this color?

[Orion had been out shopping himself, hoping to find... anything that might be of use that he won't have to keep a scarf on at all seasons just to hide his collar.

....That's looking pretty hopeless, though. Everything is winter themed (as it probably should be).

He gets kind of zoned out when he's shopping like this, so he hasn't been entirely paying attention when Biffy's voice suddenly snaps him out of his reverie. Instinctively, his hand jumps up to his scarf, to make sure his collar stays covered. Then he sees Biffy, and then the sweater.

Oh.

Well, Biffy's on the more pleasant end of surprises today. Orion can handle this. Mostly. Awkwardly.]

...It'd probably look good on you. Really good, actually.

[He soon realizes who he's talking to and his face lights up. Beaming at him, he holds the sweater up to his own person so that way Orion can have an easier time picturing it on him.]

You think so?

[He certainly agrees. And the color will do wonders for him too.]

[Orion blinks again. Why did Biffy just take his picture??? He already forgot doesn't understand. And there is a definite look of confusion on his face about it.

That offer, though. Well, he has had zero luck on his own. Maybe Biffy will know something he doesn't.

Uh... I'm just looking for something to wrap around my neck. That won't matter if it's warm or cold. But I don't know what to look for.

[Biffy probably asks the strangest person currently in this store - the person in question turns around, blinking with surprise as if he wasn't expecting anyone to notice him. It's hard not to notice him. He's in a clothing ensemble of nothing but black, turtleneck pulled up all the way to his jawline, incredibly long hair cascading over his shoulders and back. The circles under his eyes are so dark one would almost think it's the result of makeup.]

Who, me...? [Yes, you. Howard lets out an awkward cough, choosing to put all his attention on the sweater instead of looking at Biffy.]

It's...it's a very good color. It's deep...very intense.

[Biffy blinks. He's trying to determine if this person is of the gothic persuasion. Or just tired. Honestly he hasn't quite put his finger on it yet but this face certainly isn't what he expected to have turn to face him.

Intense? [He lifts a brow slowly.]

I suppose after days of all black any color would be rather remarkable...

No, I mean...it draws your eye. It's not bright. It's dark in tone, which is very appealing. But black is good too, anyways...

[He reaches forward to feel the fabric, giving a slightly approving hum.]

[What an odd person. He clearly has a good eye for color but just doesn't appear to be...wearing any.]

[After speaking of cooking with Tarr back at the party, Kenta got curious enough to go and visit the bakery.

He doesn't eat many sweet things himself, but he likes chocolate and Jirou loves sweets so he figures he'll either buy something pre-made or order something if nothing strikes his fancy.]

[ Kiyoshi might enjoy some clothes shopping now and again, but his interests lies more in the general area of music and his family and friends, not in fashion. ]

[Every time he sees him like this he has a moment of just...distress. Still, he manages to keep it in check save for a smile twitch. Incognito means hiding who you are and what better way than...that.]

You think so? I think it will do pleasant things for my coloring. I do need more sweaters now that winter is here too. I can't really be wearing the things I wore last year.

Now that blues are back, I'm thinking I'd like a few shades of that. Though of course I do look rather good in purples as well. Winter colors to help go along with the upcoming season, you know?

[Okay and maaaaaaaaaybe he really wants clothes that will make his eyes pop when they're blue again. Maybe. That's totally the reason.]
