[He said this as he accepted his handshake. After he took his seat, his expression then grew serious.]

Now, you've mentioned about something sent to you by Retrospec, correct?

[ Souji will hand over Augustine the extra cup of coffee. It's black, since he didn't know how the professor took it... ]

Yes, I've received this in the mail last night without any warning.

[ Souji reaches into his pocket, pulling out the folded letter and holds it out for Augustine. ]

[Well, he was hoping for an espresso, but it will do as he adds some cream to his coffee before he checks the letter Souji obtained. After he read the letter, he is surprised at what was written.]

A beauty pageant sponsored by Retrospec? This is very peculiar, especially the prize for it.

I was wondering about that. "A chance to remember"...

Do you think they're referring to these memories that everyone has been receiving?

Memories?

[He is confused at that part. Maybe he missed on those posts.]

Everyone's been calling them something different, whether they're visions or something else, but they're these type of dreams that seem very real and... familiar, in a way.

[ It's kind of hard to describe, to be honest... ]

You haven't experienced any yet?

[Now that he mentioned it, Augustine thought of them as hallucinations until now.]

I didn't mention this in public or Retrospec, but I did experience these visions you've mentioned two times now.

[Just in case, he pulls out his journal and pen to make sure Souji can see what he saw.]

If you don't mind me asking, did anything about them stand out to you?

[ Souji had two visions as well, which he's been trying to piece together. He can definitely... tell that there's something wrong with them ]

Well... There's one vision of a tower I saw. It looked like the Eifel Tower to me, but very different.

[As he said this, he drew a sketch of the said tower, which he tried to put some details that he remembered from his vision.]

And there's a vision of me touching a strange shark-dragon hybrid, like I known it as a friend.

[He then sketched the said dragon on his journal next, only the drawing is a little shaky as not only he's only a decent artist, but also that he only remembered a few details about it.]

But now I think about them, those visions looked very familiar to me, but I can't say why.

(OOC: Just pretend that those drawings are a little off since Augustine is not a good artist.)

[ Souji leans over slightly to take a look at the drawings. Hm, interesting... ]

I don't recognize any of these, especially the second one. [ That just looks like some kind of... monster? ] But when you say familiar, did you ever feel like they really happened? That they're not just visions?

[ Because based on what he talked about with others, it seems to be that way, at least for him. ]

I think so...

It's like I'm remembering a memory I've just lost, yet I can't tell if they are real or not... I seem to remember that I wasn't afraid of that dragon as if it was a close friend of mine...

[Upon he said this, he just put his hand on his forehead, now stressed at the thought of those visions. However, he starts to realize something as he pulls something out of his pocket, revealing a strange stone.]

And it's not only that. I just recently found this at the park yesterday.

[ Souji looks at the stone. Hmm... ]

What is it?

[ It must be of some importance if he took it with him. ]

I don't know, but I felt a sense of familiarity to it when I pick it up, so I decided to keep it for now.

Although, I wonder if it's connected to my visions.

[Now that he thinks about it, he wonders if either of those two might be related to this stone he found.]

[ Sitting back up straight in his seat, Souji places a hand against his chin, thinking. ]

I've heard of people receiving items that they've seen in their visions, so perhaps this is something similar to you. Perhaps you just haven't gotten back that particular vision just yet? Assuming we're going to even get any more.

Maybe... How many visions did you get already?

[If that's true, then he felt that he hasn't trigger anything that make another vision.]

And more importantly, do you receive anything from Retrospec yet?

Two so far, but to be honest, I'm not completely sure if they're really me.

[ What's... that suppose to mean? ]

And no. I've only received this letter from Retrospec, nothing else.

I could say the same. It felt like I was there in those visions, yet I'm also unsure if that was me.

[So that means that's the only item he got so far.]

I see. So what will you do about it? Try to host this beauty pageant then?

[ A nod. ]

That seems the best course of action. If I host it, we might be able to see this Janet or any other Retrospec representatives during the pageant.
