[Hikari jerks back as Sora's been shot, whatever that was shot at him disappearing into his chest. He could feel his own heart pounding, racing as all he could think of is how he failed to protect him. However, when the veil of darkness came up, he feels the room going still, as if everyone was holding their breath, waiting for the darkness to fade.
The veil is gone and Hikari....
Hikari instinctively knows that whoever is on that throne isn't the playful brunette. His grip on the Keyblade tightens, something tightening in his chest as he stares at the stranger, meeting amber eyes.]
[It isn't Sora at all--Sora's never had that slightly manic tinge to his expression; he's never let his lips curl up in a smirk and stared down at them as though seeing fresh prey for the first time. He stares at them, and his head seems to incline slightly, and as he holds out his hand to summon his Keyblade Dante feels a stab of fear go through him because the blade is black, black and red and with this sense of darkness coming off of it so strong one would have to be dead not to be able to feel it.
Sorry, Hikari, Dante's going to be taking the Keyblade back now. He summons it back to his hand, concentrating so that it appears reversed to what it normally does. It's hard to arc his arm back enough that he might hit Ansem, but the reverse grip gets the job done, and Ansem disappears before he can be hurt. Dante scrambles back up to his feet, watching as Mickey seems to free himself as well, but there are still thirteen figures staring down the three of them, and Dante really doesn't like their odds.]
I sure hope you've got some way to defend yourself...
[It's strange to feel the Keyblade disappear from under his grip, fingers curling up into a fist against his palm. He barely notices it at first, eyes fixed on the black and red Keyblade. While he didn't exactly know what was going on, he isn't oblivious to the darkness emanating from it - from that person.
He immediately walks back, eyes fixed on Sora, no not Sora, until he's back at Dante's side. A glance at the other and he holds back a snort.]
...We might have a better chance at running honestly.
[He's useless here. He has no fighting skills whatsoever, despite his hand itching to hold the Keyblade again.
Anyway, considering their odds, it isn't looking too good.]
All right. Let's get out of here. I'll bring up the rear!
[After all, he's the one with the Keyblade. If anyone's going to be doing any fighting, it should be him!
They'll need to go sooner rather than later though, because Sora leaps off his throne, swinging his Keyblade down. Dante runs to meet him, their blades crossing, neither one of them able to win a straight contest of strength. When had Sora ever been this strong? His heart is in his throat, staring down those amber eyes. What had happened here?]
[He doesn't like the idea of running. He never has, but Hikari knows their chances really aren't looking good. Bu he can feel the raw power from Sora, the darkness that seems to have taken over.
Clenching his jaw, Hikari does make a run for it, hearing the blades cross and clash with one another.
It's not Sora, that much he knows.
But where can he run if there are still others around them that will attack them?]
[Luckily, the lot of them are beginning to disappear, staring down at them imperiously as they disappear into the darkness. There are no figures to stop them as they jump from the raised dais, and once they're a little ways beyond it the white room will fade back into the streets of Recollé again.]
Head for somewhere we can hide!
[Because even though everything else has disappeared, the version of Sora that had been changed is still following them.]
