Park; all month
[ At random points in the month, Koutarou goes to the park to sketch. He sits under a tree, or on a bench, or in the middle of the grass, and as time passes he might end up filling the one he’s working in and puts it aside to use the pages in another. ]

The Inkwell; Primarily 3-8
[ Every night during his sister’s so called “visit” he goes to The Inkwell. It’s not like he gets drunk because his tolerance is seriously high, and he knows to be careful so he won’t get a hangover. Of course he’s sketching again, but that doesn’t need to stop you. He’ll look up if he’s addressed, and sometimes he’ll also pause to order another drink or stare out blankly ahead of him, where he sits at the counter. ]

[ Buying a gift for Jim isn’t something he’s particularly interested in doing. However, he is interested in this thing with memories, and going to the Tower and get a gift off a list is not very difficult. So he goes, and it’s not long after he arrived that he comes across a familiar face, while he’s looking for something cheap to buy. Because he’s not buying something expensive for Jim, after he stole blue and green and wants them to be grateful for giving back only a fraction of that. ]

Kaneda-san? Are you getting Jim a gift as well?

It wouldn't be the first person I find distasteful that I've purchased something for... But no, I'm here for myself. Are you? -His dignity had been given many wounds over the last few months, but apparently buying expensive housewares for a jackass was a step too far for him... at least for the time being.-

I suppose sometimes one would need to do that.

[ Distasteful is a hard word. Though honestly, pretty suitable when it comes to Jim. ]

Finding something off of this list is not among the harder things to do on my bingo card, so I thought that I might as well.

Putting it that way, it does sound reasonable... -Kasen hemmed and hawed for a moment before finally letting out a sigh, and shaking his head.-

Do you... mind if I join you? It may feel like a scratch on my dignity, but really... what isn't that, lately.

The color issue is being particularly frustrating, yes. But it seems everything has been done to us lately has been insulting if not outright dangerous.

That I do know. At least the other things that was changed was able to be altered at least in pictures, to a point. But the colors are not.

He continues looking at the things, trying to find something cheap that also is on the list. ]

Yes, it seems that is the case. Sometimes one might wonder if they want us to get hurt.

I'm not certain about that. It doesn't seem like it fits their intentions.

Research, however... I could believe that.

I'm considering the possibility. I'm not certain what to believe any longer.

Yes that's... I'm not sure either, but they're not exactly telling us their intentions.

[ He picks up a yellow plastic slinky, and checks if it's whole or not. ]

I think I saw or heard someone mention at some point that it might be a side effect to...whatever they're trying to do, but that's just another theory at this point.

It may be a force beyond us all that they are trying to control, as well. The most recent communication gives me that idea, at least.

I suppose he might have thought it would be an amusing gift.

This man is painfully perplexing. I really hope all the other employees of Retrospec make more sense.

Didn’t we know that already? Everything about Retrospec is perplexing.
