There's somebody splashing around in the fountain. A lot of shouting starts up literally as Aizawa is walking past, and then--practically a scream, before something is thrown out?? It misses Aizawa, but just barely; the kneejerk sidestep is more luck than anything, and the plastic thing clatters to the ground next to him instead.
Utterly at a loss, Aizawa bends down to pick it up, holding it away from himself as it promptly begins dripping water everywhere.]
