Togusa looks at Majima intently for a second, it takes a bit to recognize him. He's only spoken to Majima on the network a few times (but Togusa is a huge fan of his writing work with Ardyn) and recognizing someone off their picture is difficult. But the fact that he noticed blue at all pegged him as a user and helped out Togusa's recall.

He slides it across the desk so Majima can see it more clearly. "Salinger. I hadn't even realized it was a gift from our hosts until everything else lost color but this."
