WHO: Minako, Prompto, and Terra
WHERE: Peach Beach
WHEN: Backdated to June 22nd
WHAT: Prompto and Terra on a mini camping/bonding trip, with Minako supervising-- I mean joining in.
WARNINGS: None! Unless you count potential awkwardness, angst, and everything in between.
[The sun is starting to set, and Minako is trying to get the fire started in the pit, face set with concentration in between big gusts of air over the charcoal.
She wheezes after exhaling another giant breath of air.]
Sometime before I pass out from light-headedness, please...
[As if to answer her, the fire finally starts jumping, and she piles on the wood, beaming in triumph.]
Yes! Now this camping trip can finally start!
[This whole thing had been a joint effort between her and Prompto-- at first it was an attempt to give Terra another chance to get to know Prompto better, but Minako later thought it would help cheer Terra up as well, after all of the things that had happened this month. Who can resist the lure of roasted food and s'mores on the beach with two adorable puppies as company? And no, that's not a reference to Minako and Prompto, but instead their dogs, who are tagging along for the night, too.
At the moment, Koromaru is splashing around in the waves, and Minako is sorely tempted to join him...but she has to take care of the food first. Which naturally means that the giant marshmallows are first to come out, even if it's not time to make s'mores yet. She pops one into her mouth and wipes the residue on her shorts, humming behind the mouthful of sugar.]
M'gunna stick the p'tatoes in soon. Wha'dya guys want next, corn or fish?
